    Oven repair

    Our oven was not working anymore. It was not heating up while the burners were still working properly. We called Atiar and he was able to come the same day. He quickly able to find out the cause (worn out ignitor) and was able to fix it the same day. He didn't leave until he had tested the new burner successfully. He also provided some excellent tips on how to evaluate the performance of the ignitor over time. Great, timely service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

    Fridge repair

    Atair saves us again. Last time the stove igniter was issues - Atair arrives same day! Done in 1hr. He tells the service call cost up front and parts cost after diagnosing. This Fridge defrost thermometer broke -- Atair arrives 2 hrs later !! How is this possible (ok I find out he lives not too far from me). Excellent service! He shows you what the issue is too...and has always had parts to do the job right away. Won't call anyone else.

    Dishwasher & Oven repair

    Atari took my call. Showed up two hrs later on weekend. Friendly, efficient. Got the repairs done. Good fair service, I would recommend him. My review of Homestars is why I called him.

    Appliance repair

    I've used High Tech on multiple occasions, and the service and quality is top notch. They've repaired my fridge, microwave and dishwasher on different occasions, and their advice has helped me to avoid bigger costs down the road.

    Washer Repair

    Made an emergency call and Atiar showed up within the next 30min. He was very polite and quickly resolved the problem even though they don't typically service my brand. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and ability to cater to my needs immediately. Thank you!

    Washer Repair

    I needed my GE washing machine fixed for months. I was too scared to ask anyone to fix it because I didn't want them to over charge me for my washer. So I did some searching and finally decided to call Atiar knowing I was pretty scared as to what would happen. To my surprise he was fast in replying to my call for help and he came prepared and ready to work. He immediately diagnosed the problem and wasted no time in fixing it. He charged me according to what the service consisted of and I really felt my money was very well spent. I love his customer service skills and he was very efficient. I would honestly recommend his service to anyone who is looking for an honest repair man! You won't be disappointed! Very professional!

    Gasline repair for gas dryer

    Atiar Rahman was able to come within the hour - He promised and he followed through. He was pleasant, polite, but most of all he was knowledgeable about his business and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable. Thank you Atiar

    Washer repair

    Atiar visited us within 18 hours of our call - he was on time - fixed the problem - priced fairly - highly recommended - this is his second visit to us for two appliances

    Dishwasher Repair

    Our dishwasher started to malfunction. We thought we will need to buy a new one again but decided to try to repair it. Chose High Tech because of the reviews they had on HomeStars and gave them a call. They set an appointment for the same day. The technician was right on time and extremely knowledgeable, did a quick check and confirmed the issue and the price. We told him to go ahead and he fixed the appliance. Extremely professional service, will surely call this company for any other appliance related issue.

    Washing machine repair

    Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable, can't ask for better than that! I called Atiar at 10 am for a washing machine repair and he was able to come by for an assessment the same day. By the next day he had the part and it was fixed by the end of the day. All costs were explained up front, no surprises. I would highly recommend Atiar and his company to anyone!
