    Washing machine repair

    I called Atiar because my washing machine was not draining. He was polite and setup and appointment for later the same day. He arrived on time and quickly explained the possible issues with the washer, costs that could be involved and steps he would take to diagnose the problem. He was also mindful of my infant son who was sleeping. He was able to fix the washer promptly and had reasonable rates. I would highly recommend his service and would call him again.

    Fridge repair

    Atir arrived on time and was helpful and courteous. Our fridge was making a horrible noise and he discovered that it was the fan in the freezer. He repaired the fan and defrosted the fridge. I would highly recommend him.

    Fridge leak

    Atiq came the next day to fix my fridge when I called about my leak problem the night before. He was very fast and efficient. He fixed my drain problem before with my washer. Very reliable. I recommend high tech to everyone!

    Bosch appliance repair

    We had a water leak after a washing cycle. We learned that finding a technician that can repair Bosch washers is not an easy task. Luckily Atiar had the expertise required. He returned our call promptly, arrived on time and identified the problem quickly and efficiently. We found him to be very resourceful. We will definitely use his services again and recommend Atiar with no hesitation.

    Stove repair

    I found Altair to be pleasant, friendly and very knowledgable. He was able to schedule my appointment quickly and fixed the problem. I would definitely use High Tech Appliance Service for any other appliance repair I needed.

    Washing Machine

    After using HighTech for my own washing machine - I recommended him to my parents after they complained that their machine was powering up but the wash cycle was not beginning. After a quick call to Atair on their behalf - I was able to book an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time and removed the offending part - a hair pin!!!! My dad was thrilled that he didn't have to buy a new machine. He told me that Atair was courteous, prompt and didn't waste any time. He also gave my mom a few tips on extending the life of the washer. Thanks for confirming all the good things I had said about you to my family Mr. Rahman!

    Dryer

    Call on Sunday based on positive reviews . Made an apt for Monday between 11 am and 1 pm. Atiar call @ 11 30 to let me know he would be over in 20 minutes. He Explained the cost , warranty etc . before commencing work. Fixed the problem . I would recommend Hightech Appliance Service

    Kitchen Stove Repair

    I had cleaned my Stove top and immediately after that I had to use the same. When I turned ON one of the burners, there was a spark and the electric stove went dead. I called Hightech Appliance Service. Atiar was very prompt and courteous. He showed up at my place within 20-25 mins. Fixed the problem within few mins. He also recommended to change faulty switch - which I accepted - due to fire hazard. I am delighted with his service standards and would highly recommend his services.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Atiar was very professional and friendly. I was able to book an appointment same day and Atiar showed up a few hours later to fix the washer machine. He was prompt and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He fixed it in less than 1/2 hour. Will definitely call on his services again if need be.

    Dryer Repair

    When our dryer broke I came to Homestars to find a reputable technician and Atiar and Hightech Appliance Service had impeccable reviews which, I must say they deserve. Atiar was quick to take a look at our machine and assess the problem. When a part needed to be ordered we were notified the moment it came in and Atiar came out to finish our repair right away. The service he provided was professional, timely and backed by a guarantee. I would highly recommend Hightech Appliance Service to anyone and will use them in the future for any appliance repair needs.
