    Frig & Washer Repair

    We had Atiar come in to fix our fridge freezer that stopped working. It ended up being a major repair and he was great about communicating while the part was ordered. When he came to repair the problem he was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. As luck would have it our washer stopped working the previous day and I asked him to have a look while he was here. Atair accessed the situation and had a part in his truck to fix the washer as well. By the time he left our freezer and washer were back up and running again. I will absolutely call Hightech next time I need service. Thanks Atair.

    Clothes dryer repair

    Our dryer stopped working. With two young kids this was a catastrophe! I called Atiar based on the strong reviews I saw here and he came that same day (a Saturday). The motor was shot and Atiar obtained the new parts and was back Monday night to finish the job. He was courteous, honest and experienced and mostly importantly got the job done and quickly. Would definitely recommend him and use his services again if needed.

    Washing machine rubber belt replaced

    The rubber belt in my washing machine ripped. I called High Tech Appliance and its great ranking did not disappoint. Mr. Rahman was polite, quick to book an appointment that was accommodating to my schedule. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend his company and use his services again in the near future.

    repair washing machine

    Got am error code on washing machine, called Atiar and made an appointment. He came and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.He even showed me what to do if it happens again. Awesome service.

    Wachine Machine Repair

    Excellent and friendly service - arrived on a Sunday morning to fix my washing machine. Was done in no time and now I have clean clothes for the work week. Highly recommended!!

    Dryer Repair

    My dryer broke on a Saturday and I called Atiar at Hightech Appliance. I explained the problem hoping he had the part and could do the repair the same day. He was very polite, asked a few questions and gave me a time and cost estimate. He came on time, assessed the problem immediately, replaced the part and fixed the dryer in half an hour. Great service, highly recommend this company.

    Dryer broken and Stove element broken

    I called High Tech and Atiar answered, he was very polite and came to see me right away. He was on time and very honest with his recommendations on the best solutions to my problems. He ordered the parts and we setup a time for him to come back and fix the issues, he did everything he said he was going to do and I would definitely recommend him and use him again!

    Washer repair

    He came on such short notice and he was so polite, and very quickly. Explained it to me. We had a Twin twin Whirlpool in our condo and they all seem to breakdown eventuallu (12-15 years old).

    Oven Repair

    Atiar came to my house to fix my oven, and explained very clearly the problem, and fixed it very competently. He was very warm and punctual. I was so impressed with him that I asked him if he did other work, and when showing him by basement reno project, he gave me a great referral for some of my other projects! (Explaining that though he had gas tech certification, they could do it cheaper than him, because of their equipment - how's that for honesty)

    Bosch Dishwasher Repair

    Atiar was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of my time. He was able to order the needed part based on my explanation of the problem, and within a week of calling him, he was able to repair my dishwasher and have it running again! I would absolutely call him again and have recommended him to my friends.
