This was our second time using Atiar's company. He worked with us to find a suitable time, was prompt and diagnosed the problem with our washer right away. I will use High Tech again, without a doubt!

Fast effective and friendly service. Called at 1:30 job done with washing machine running by 5:30. He had the part on hand and helped clean up afterwards. Can't say enough good things!

I called High Tech Appliance on Saturday 5pm for dishwasher repair. The technician comes right at 6pm. Excellent services, reliable and reasonable price. The technician is very professional and friendly. I will highly recommend this company.

Our Bosch dishwasher wouldn't drain and we couldn't find or fix the problem ourselves. We called High Tech Appliance Service and Atiar came to our house within two hours. He brought a new pump with him just in case. He quickly found and fixed the problem and, fortunately, we didn't need the new part. I was very impressed with this company's speedy service, professional manner, and honesty. Also, they guarantee their work for 30 days. If I have a problem with an appliance in the future, I will certainly call them again.

Atiar from High Tech was one of the few people who answered my call when I needed somebody to come by on the weekend. We discovered the issue Saturday night but I started looking for a service person on Sunday and few were even open! I have to say that I am very happy with the service and customer service.

I was very impressed with the quick and professional service from this company. They repaired my dishwasher and cleaned area within 1 hour. I highly recommend their honest and professional service.

My oven would not heat up, called High Tech and they arrived the same day to investigate. Found it was a problem with the clock/control unit, rather then suggesting I buy a new part which would cost a few hundered dollars, they were able to repair my part for a lot less money. Cusomter service was great and efficient.

Atiar from High Tech Appliance is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, he fixed our Microwave Range Hood door. UPDATE** Jan 2013 The door cracked, we got the run around from Atiar he finally gave us our money back however we now need a new door, not happy about this and would not recommend High Tech to anyone nor will we use them again.

I used their service a few weeks prior, to repair our washing machine, and was was extremely happy with their service then. I saw on their business card that they also do installations, so I called to get a quote for installing a new dishwasher we had just purchased. The store where I bought the dishwasher wanted $220 to install, and High Tech wanted $100, so it was a no brainer, especially considering the great service experience I had with them previously. Booking a time was easy, and was set for 8am on a Saturday, at my request. Atiar arrived 15 minutes early, which was even better. He's very careful, knowledgeable, and professional. The configuration of my kitchen required a longer than usual hose, and he was able to solve that problem with ease. The job took almost exactly as long as he predicted (90 min) and he didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied. I won't hesitate to use their service again, and recommend them without reservation.

Atiar is here now repairing my stove and he is doing a great job. He is very friendly and knowledgable/ I would most definatley recommend him to anybody that wishes to use his services/
