These guys are great! They were extremely punctual and very clear on communication. We used all their services starting with duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and finally tile and grout cleaning. As we had tight timelines and moving parts on our end Devon was amazing at fitting us in and making it all work. Each of their staff wore appropriate PPE which although expected was great that they followed their protocols. They were very friendly and explained the process each time. I was impressed by how they set up the work areas as they put down mats and corner protectors so that they would limit their mess. They were able to take out the stains on our couch and carpet as well. We had one issue after they left which was related to a wet spot that never really dried. Devon was quick to respond and offered to come by and take a look. They were able to swing by within a day or so and treated the area again and now it looks like new. When we first moved into this house, we had cleaners do the tiles but were not impressed, after these guys finished it looked amazing. Overall, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. If you want worry free work at competitive prices these are the guys for you.
