If I am going to spend money, Id prefer to give it to people who are kind, helpful, or just plain good at their jobs. With Green & Spotless, all these criteria were met, and more. They did a job for me that not many other air duct cleaning companies even entertained. Several weeks ago, Id suspected that there were mice in my ductwork. There were all sorts of noises emanating from my air registers/vents, no matter which room/floor, and it always happened in the overnight hours (when mice are most active). As soon as other companies heard there might be mice, they wouldnt even let me finish explaining my situation before shooing me off the phone. Devon from Green & Spotless was the first person to listen to the whole story and even tried to troubleshoot things for me over the course of multiple phone calls. Devon and Alex considerately coordinated their arrival to my house at the same time as the pest control company. They drilled very small holes in the main duct trunk to insert the inspection camera, and used another camera attachment to look down each individual air register. I was able to view everything on an HD handheld screen. Thankfully, there were no traces of mice! By then, Id observed enough to see how carefully and seriously Devon and Alex take their work. I asked them to stay for an air duct cleaning. There were many steps to the process, and I could tell this service was professional, not a rush job. I asked countless questions and they always patiently explained everything. On top of the efficient work they do, both these gentlemen are so personable! They laughed and joked with us, and theyre just kind, caring fellows all around. Id lost many hours of sleep, anxious about the potential of mice running rampant through my ducts. These men had listened to my dilemma when no one else would, and they helped me find a solution. Im extremely grateful for their services, because it allowed me to sleep again! I consider my money well-spent the work was tidy and conscientious, and the customer service was unparalleled! Devon is simply customer service Allstar. He not only made sure that none of our property was damaged, he showed up on time, he did an incredible job, and most importantly, he walked us through what he was going to do, what he was doing, and what he finished doing. We got pictures of all our work and you can see that the devil truly is in the details. Devon is focussed on the details and making sure that the work is amazing. We are truly grateful for him and I would highly recommend you utilize him for any of your needs! We will be going to him every single year. Keep up the great work.

Recently, Green & Spotless cleaned the grout in our entry, main hallway, kitchen and two bathrooms. The end result was amazing! The process brightened the areas, almost new in appearance. Wish we knew about this company and their services sooner. Alec and Devon were professional, respectful and thorough. Great experience overall! From the get-go communication was frequent and timely. Even during this busy time, we were able to get an appt for the day asked. Devon did a FANTASTIC job!! We've hired other rug/carpet cleaners in the past and some of our stubborn stains still remained. Overall, you can tell the difference with the advanced equipment they use and the effort involved. I was so pleased so see my light coloured carpetting come back to life!! Highly recommend to anyone needing a carpet/rug cleaning service!!

Alec and Devon are absolute professionals and wonderful people. I usually do not look forward to having Services done, but from the moment they arrived I enjoyed my time with them and they were so courteous and respectful. They're incredibly knowledge and have been running this business for an extremely long time. They cleaned our carpets couch and air ducts. If you can believe it, they even went out of their way and took one of our rugs to see if they could get it straight in for us free of charge. I wish they ran other businesses so that I could use them even more

We recently had our ducts cleaned by Green and Spotless. Alec and Devon called ahead to tell us what time they would arrive. Throughout the service they took time to explain the process and showed me the dust and debris collected in the system. They laid down protective mats to keep mess to a minimum and worked quickly and efficiently. I chose G&S due to their track record and high number of positive reviews. They more than lived up to their reputation.

My carpets in my living and dining room, as well as an area carpet, were soiled with pet stains. I was able to obtain an appointment for carpet cleaning quickly, just 2 days later. I was emailed a work order that clearly detailed the cost and preparations before and after the service. All communication with Devon & Alec was professional, friendly, timely and courteous. Alec arrived on time and cleaned the carpets thoroughly, and thankfully the stains were gone. Afterwards we put on the plastic booties he provided, so that we can observe the final results together. I highly recommend Green & Spotless for your carpet cleaning needs, and will definitely use this service again.

Green and Spotless came on time and were efficient, fast and well informed. The technician even advised us of a potential problem with the furnace - which turned out to be serious! So we are grateful to them for that.

This was the 4th or 5th time I have used Green and Spotless and each time it is the same - the service is second to none and the results are fantastic. Our kitchen floor is over 20 years old, and now the tiles and the grout look almost brand new. The broadloom upstairs and in the basement look and feel so clean, it is amazing. The couch also looks great again. Alec and Devon are both so kind and professional - it definitely feels different than when other companies come to do work in your home. People are correct when they write in their reviews that Green and Spotless could teach other companies the way to operate.
