I found this company through one of the daily deal sites. Although the prices cannot be beat I found trying to actually obtain the purchased dvd players was difficult and time consuming. The hours are limited and I made the mistake of not calling before arriving at the store. Two times I went to pick my purchase up - both times they were sold out. However, the one clerk there was great - she took my info and assured me that the next shipment she would have one put on hold for me. Thought was the end of it until I got home - the remote was missing. Back to the store again. I didn't have any problems getting the missing remote and they even threw in a HMDI cord for my trouble. All and all the experience was daunting but acceptable for the deeply discounted prices.
