    Roof replacement

    JMT did a quick efficient job. Our new roof looks great. Where other companies hadn't returned our calls during an emergency (leaking roof), JMT responded immediately - after normal business hours - and had a quote to us in less than 12 hours. I would recommend JMT to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof! Within less than two weeks of initial contact with them, our roof is done. The crews even worked through the tail end of a tropical storm to ensure our roof was completed. No hidden costs, and any extras required were reviewed with us and very reasonable. JMT treats their customers like family. Thanks John, Keith and crew!

    Roof & Gutter replacement

    We have just had our roof converted from Cedar shake to shingle. We also had our gutters replaced. John was awesome and gave us a quote that was very fair. No nickel or diming.... Very refreshing . Thank you John. John and his roofing and gutter teams were such nice people to deal with that they made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. I don't think I have ever seen such a hard working bunch of guys. They put in long hours so that the job would be done on time. Our roof was in horrible condition due to the fact that it was formally a “grow op”. The roof was quite badly damaged but the roofing team went out of their way to make sure that it was structurally sound and in good condition before putting on the shingles. John did not charge us anything more than what he originally quoted. It had snowed a few days before putting on our new roof but Keith and his team pitched up everyday on time and worked in freezing cold temperatures. Thank you so much , we really appreciated it. The team working on the gutters were happy and polite and very professional and also worked through horrendous conditions... torrential rain and gale force winds Didn’t seem to phase them, they still managed to keep on smiling . Thank you so much guys. The job was finished on time and the job site was left in better condition than when they first came.     Roof

    THE VERDICT: JMT gets top marks for one simple reason: it's clear that John will bend over backwards to make sure you are a satisfied customer. THE PROJECT: I hired JMT to do a straightforward roof replacement on a ~50-year-old home (two layers of asphalt shingles removed, plywood installed over shiplap, new asphalt shingles installed, gutters replaced). ENGAGING JMT: It took a few tries to get a proper quote from John but when it came, it was competitive. (I collected five quotes and was surprised how hard they were to collect.) WORKMANSHIP: I'm a first-time homeowner. Despite a walk-through with John and a visual inspection suggesting good workmanship, I won't pretend to have any perspective on the true quality of the work performed. Short of an official inspection, only time will tell. Clean up was thorough. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE: What I do have perspective on is the experience dealing with John and his crew(s) - they were responsive, friendly and professional. Importantly, I have no doubt that John will make himself available if I need anything down the road, related to this job or otherwise. It's that kind of commitment to his customers that means I would recommend John and JMT to anyone considering a new roof.

    Gutter replacement

    JMT really did a great job, they were friendly, fast and cleaned up all in one day. The gutters look great and we are very happy with their service and the crew was awesome. I would recommend them for gutters, painting( have used before) and roofing(have used before and even referred a friend). Very personal service and you won't be unhappy :)

    Replace Roof

    The team at JMT were very professional and the owner John was extremely upfront and clear with all the costs and work that was to be performed. We have a large roof and the quoted price wasn't the cheapest but it also was not the most expensive quote we received. One thing I was especially impressed with was there was a small issue that occurred with something falling through the roof and there was minor damage done. These things happen, but John immediately took responsibility, no questions, and promptly had the repair made at no cost to me. One final thing... the crew did an excellent job cleaning after their work every day. In my opinion the yard looks cleaner now than it did before. The roof looks great from the curb and I would definitely recommend JMT.

    Roof and Gutter Replacement

    John was excellent to work with. He was always professional and answered any questions I had. Keith and his crew worked hard, cleaned up and came back to resolve any outstanding issues. They were a pleasure to do business with.

    Roof Replacement

    I had to replace my roof quickly as I had a leak that was going to cause a lot of water damage. JMT roofing (John) was in the area, looked at my roof, and gave me a great quote. He had his crew on my roof within days and by the end of the following week, I had a brand new roof. His crew worked really hard as the rain was coming and cleaned up every day. They were very polite and I was very pleased and satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

    Roof and gutters

    John and his team helped convert my cedar roof to asphalt shingles and replace my gutters. I spoke with 5 different roofers and received quotes from 4 of them before deciding to go with JMT. John impressed me with the quality of product, very competitive pricing, and continuous communication. I am very happy with the finished product and have already recommend John to my family.

    Roof replacement

    I was referred to John & JMT from my uncle and with good reason! The product he uses appears to be high quality, the work was done in a reasonable amount and they left our place clean when the work was done. John was super knowledgable about which products I should be buying for my facia boards and his team did a great job of installing them. I received a few quotes for our roof replacement and they were all in the same price range but JMT offered a much better workmanship warranty. I will happily refer JMT to anyone looking for a new roof in the future.

    New Roof and Gutters

    Our roof was in bad shape, leaking at multiple points. JMT rushed over the same day I called because we were in the middle of a storm. They assessed, quoted and got started the next day. The quote was a fair price, and the work was professionally done and efficient. We ended up getting the gutters redone as they were in bad need of replacement. We will use JMT again to paint our house next year. John is very good at customer service, calling every night to discuss the progress of the work and ensuring we were happy.
