John Jaswal and and JMT Roofing and Paint did an outstanding job on installing a new roof and gutters in August 2013. Professional, prompt, courteous, and available are words to describe John's efforts in completing these two tasks on time - and under budget! Thanks John!

I was referred to John by a friend who was very happy with the roof and gutters that were replaced at his home. John was very efficient and professional. His quote was extremely competitive and his work was exceptional! His crew replaced the gutters at my residence within 8 hours. I didn't even see the crew as I had to work. My wife said they did a masterful job and cleaned up all the mess before I got home from work. I would highly recommend JMT Roofing for all your roofing, gutters, or painting needs!

JMT Roofing & Painting recently replaced our asphalt roof and gutters. We called a few places and John was the first one to respond. JMT is efficient and professional. From estimation to completion of the project, it took only within a fortnight. John is helpful and knowledgeable, answered many of our questions and provides advices throughout the process to ensure we are comfortable with our decisions. The contracts are easy to understand and there were no surprises with the final costs. The crews delivered timely and quality work. John dropped by to support the crews and help out wherever he could, e.g. buying supplies. His crews kept the site tidy and safe, they cleaned the site and checked for nails. The roof was done in a day and the gutters were completed in the following day. The roofing crew came early in the morning and left early evening. When I got home from work, all I saw was a brand new roof. The lawn was clean and undisturbed. John and JMT take pride in their work. We will consider JMT for future projects and would recommend them to friends and family.

We have a rental property in Fraser heights that was showing some signs of water leaking so we called JMT to come out and repair it. He repaired it then mentioned that the roof needs to be replaced, sure enough 6 months later there was another leak else where. so we called JMT to come and replace the whole roof. they came and did a great job on replacing the roof and also kept our tenants very happy with how clean they kept it. I had met John on a golf course 4 years ago and hired him to replace my roof and gutters in newton which he did a great job so there was no worries about the quality and fairness of the price. I highly recommend JMT! You guys rock.

I am very satisfied with the work done by John's crew in replacing the entire roof of my house. They were very punctual and completed the job according to schedule. The quality of the materials used is excellent and the price is reasonable. I would recommend JMT Roofing for your roofing jobs because they can be trusted. Thanks to John and his crew for a job well done.

Martin in Vancouver. JMT Roofing & Painting recently completed 3 projects on our house: 1) They replaced the 20 year old original cedar shake roof with a new 30 year asphalt roof. 2) They replaced all the gutters with new black high quality gutters. 3) They installed a new torch on roof over the garage. The first two projects were completed at the end of May. John was very professional and informative throughout the estimating process, and I felt comfortable with the types of products and features he was advising either for or against. The end result was a fantastic looking new roof and gutter system with the applicable features for what I wanted and the general climate type in the area I live. As well, the final cost of the roof was exactly what was estimated. There were no additional charges or surprises whatsoever. The last project was completed this week. Prior to JMT being able to do the work on the torch on roof, I had to first have the deck removed. John arrived before noon on the day I phoned to tell him that the deck had been removed, and his crew was there the next day to do the job. Again this was done to the exact price of the estimate. John even noticed and replaced a section of gutter that had been damaged during the demolition of the old deck (not done by JMT) free of charge. His crews worked diligently and safely, and the site was kept clean throughout the process with a thorough cleaning done at the end of each day. It is worth mentioning that though price was not the most important factor in my choosing of a roofing contractor, JMT did end up ultimately having the most competitive pricing of the half dozen contractors that provided estimates. I feel completely confident using JMT for future projects and would without hesitation recommends them to friends and family. Martin

BEST COMPANY EVER! John was proficient from the beginning of our project to the end. He explained what needed to be done and why, provided an excellent quote, answered questions and had an excellent team. They were very professional, friendly and left the work site spotless. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof, commercial or residential.

From start to finish, it has been a pleasure dealing with John of JMT Roofing and Painting. If you want a man not only with the full on know how to guide any homeowner through the decisions and process of reroofing, but also the passion, energy and work ethic to oversee a top quality job, John is the one! No line of questioning about the project or trips over to the house to meet with us was ever too much for John. He is a man who is candid, humorous, pragmatic and caring of the homeowners, including customers past and those to be. We had 3 prior quotes done in terms of pricing and JMT stood head and shoulders above the competition in terms of customer service and an affordable deal. The JMT roof and gutters teams worked diligently and were crews of capable, polite, relational men and genuinely helpful as my husband Marco chose to labour alongside them, trim painting and learning up close and personal about the process. Yard, plants, hanging baskets all intact as the roofing team took painstaking effort at the end of each day for full perimeter cleanups...much appreciated. Way to go, John! JMT is a business you are clearly excited about and proud of...and deservedly so! Many, many thanks!

John came buy, went up on the roof and had a quote for me in less than 24 hours. He expalined what needed to be done and why. John was very up front with what the time frame would be. His crew showed up at 730am as he said and stayed until after 8 pm to finish the job in 1 day. They were very professional, friendly and left the work site spotless. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof large or small

Very reliable, professional and friendly crew! They did an amazing job installing new gutters on our home which is 4 stories high at some points (we have a very hard time getting trades to work on our house because of the level of difficulty!). I would highly recommend JMT, we are looking forward to the arrival of their painting crew in the next couple of weeks!
