    Phenomenal service, workmanship and value

My Parents are in their 80's, and they needed a new roof on their home. They asked me to find a reputable company who would take care of their needs, do a good job, and keep them informed about the process as the work was being done. Typically this would be no small task, but JMT Roofing knocked it out of the park! They used top quality materials, did a fabulous job, did it for a very good price, and really took good care of my folks. Thanks Guys! I will gladly recommend you to anyone else I know!

    3 New Roofs

Simply THE BEST!!! My house is a show stopper now, but not just that, it was the service, the attention to detail, the education I was taught on roofs (because I knew nothing ) the BEST quality material, the workmanship, and now the friendship. The whole process was seamless and done to perfection. NO delays, No mess, they cleaned everything up before they left every night. My neighbors were never disturbed, or had to deal with any mess. I was so happy to have the nicest house on the block, the problem is, I will now have to share that with my neighbor, who was so impressed that he's getting JMT to do his roof too. I highly recommend JMT Roofing, for its price, value and workmanship, it's the best decision I ever made about my house.

    New roof and gutters

We had several quotes but choose JMT roofing because we saw what a good job he had done on our neighbours house. His crew of guys did an even better job than we had expected everything was done exactly as we wished. The job looks fantastic and was done on time and for the amount quoted no overages. We want to thank John and his crew for a great job and will be recommending him to anyone else that needs a roof replaced.

    Replaced roof on a house

I recently (July 21–23, 2021) had a roof replaced on my mother’s house by JMT Roofing and am 100 % satisfied with the work. The owner, John, carefully picks his crew and it shows. The crew works as a team, are polite, and work had to do a good job. There was no damage to the yard or plants and the after work cleanup was excellent. The crew was even careful to keep the gate closed so the dog would not get out. I reviewed several companies and obtained quotes before selecting JMT Roofing. Talking with the owner, John, gave me a good feeling about his company. I will recommend JMT roofing to friends and neighbours. The roof was installed on a Burnaby, B.C. home in July, 2021.

    Roofing and Gutters

I contacted JMT to reroof our house after a leak we had. I contacted about 5 roofing companies. John was easy to deal with, even he doesn't write everything down, he is a man of his word and did everything he told me he was going to do on the roof and more. JMT was price competitive and including things in the price that other were charging extra. Cale his foremen was professional and good to talk to, he explained everything and answers all our concerns. I felt sorry for them roofing during the heatwave we had. John was in constant contact with me until the job was done. I pointed a couple of issues to John afterwards and Cale came on Canada Day to fix it. We had JMT do our Gutters as well and did a great job. So everything looks good with new roof, flashing and gutters all matching. I would recommend JMT to anyone. I joked with John that we won't know how good of a job he did until the first big rainstorm but I have all the confidence in the world that all is good and if there is any issue John would send someone right away.
