    Duct cleaning and furnace check

    Jason was really great. He was very personable and professional on the phone when setting up the appointment, and he gave me a courtesy call the morning of to confirm when he would be arriving. He walked me through all of the steps required for the duct cleaning before he began, and notified me when it would be loud in case it bothered or frightened my dogs. It took a few hours to complete. When he was done, he gave me a status on how the furnace and ducts were and some recommendations on how to keep them running in tip top shape. Would highly recommend.

    Duct and furnace cleaning

    I initially contacted Jason to clean our ducts and furnace after reviewing his prices compared to other companies. He was friendly and professional on the phone and spent the time to explain his process to me. Jason was not only on time as arranged, but he contacted me in the morning of the date the work was to be done to re-confirm. The work was done within the timeframe expected and the entire furnace area was completely cleaned up upon him finishing the work! Jason also explained and showed what work was done and we discussed our furnace's efficiency and advised factors to consider in purchasing a new furnace versus retaining our current furnace. I have delayed in writing our review to see whether or not the dust would actually be diminished after the duct work was completed and I can definitely state that the amount of dust is down, sneezing is less and the house definitely feels much warmer!! Thank you Jason!

    Dryer vent cleaning

    Jason was very professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was quick and was careful to clean up after his work was completed. We we highly recommend Jason and DuctDudes.

    Furnace, duct and dryer vent cleaning

    Jason did a wonderful job of cleaning our furnace, ducts and dryer vent and we were extremely pleased with his work. He was so enthusiastic about his job -you certainly don't see that everyday! He thoroughly explained everything while he was doing the cleaning, showed me what my furnace looked like before/after and also what was inside my ducts via video camera-yuck! I would highly recommend his services to anyone...and best of all, he was willing to come to Bowen Island, which is a big plus since it is very hard to find companies who are willing to do so.     Duct Cleaning

    I cannot say enough great things about Duct Dudes and Jason. I stumbled across the website online, and am so thankful! I've heard a million nightmare stories about exorbitant duct cleaning costs, and I found Duct Dudes extremely reasonable (I can't remember the exact cost but it was under $400 and we have a huge, old house with gross ducts that hadn't been cleaned in a million years I'm sure). Because of some weird complications with our power, Jason had to come back twice. He was so professional, careful, pleasant, great to work with and SUPER informative. He's also very communicative - the first time he came, he was running late and called to let me know. I feel like I really understand what he was doing, how he did it and why he did it. He also gave us some good value-added advice about our gas appliances. I would recommend Duct Dudes highly to every single person in my life who needs duct cleaning service - we are beyond satisfied with the quality, service and results.

    Duct Cleaning

    Hired Jason to clean my furnace/ducts after a home renovation. Good service, and they let you watch the duct cleaning via a camera. Jason is exceptional with customer service - very proactive communication and would call even if he is going to be 5 mins late to the appointment. Seems to genuinely care about customer satisfaction as he is very prompt in replying to my furnace-related questions AFTER his service. Will use again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Duct Cleaning

    When we were researching about duct cleaning, it was obvious from all the great reviews that duct dudes was the one to contact. Jason most definitely lived up to, and exceeded, all the expectations I had from reading these reviews. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable (and very kind to my chatty toddler). He was very thorough and efficient from beginning to the very end. I would definitely recommend Duct Dudes for any cleaning and furnace services!
