Painting
We felt comfortable with Joseph from his first estimate to the finished work. We had a very tight deadline and they were very professional and helpful in all painting aspects. Joseph's crew did an excellent job and we would be more than happy to recommend them to friends and families who need a good painting company. Thank you Joseph very much for making our new house a beautiful home.

External pressure washing & painting
We interviewed four paint companies, in the end choosing Prorise. Joseph provided us with a comprehensive work scope and had a professional manner. Once work commenced his foreman was the lead hand on our paint job. The crew was very professional and easy to talk to and deal with. This brought to close an eight month renovation project, so by this time our family was tired of having people around our home. However, the Prorise team was quiet and worried efficiently- we hadly knew they were there and really apriciated this. We recommend Prorise Painting and will definitely use them again in the future.

Interior Painting
Smoke odor existed in the rental suite and a previous paint job could not solve the problem. Prorise Painting was able to seal the odor, job was completed in a timely manner

Fascia board painting and power washing
We decided to give ProRise a call because of the good reviews and high BBB rating. After the first meeting, I knew exactly why they have high ratings. Joseph, the owner, was very professional and detailed in the explaining the procedure and the materials that were used. He walked around the house and gave a clear explanation on all of the problems. Unlike other contractors that I called up, some did not return my call or did a very quick walk through (no details regarding the work that needs to be done). ProRise's quote was clear and highlighted all of the work in detail. He made several trips to the house to check on the work and made sure all of the walls were washed. Joseph and his crew did a great job (pictures to prove it) and they cleaned up completely. Without a doubt, I will definitely recommend ProRise to friends and family!

Rental Property- Interior Painting
I discovered Prorise Painting on Homestars, I was in search of a reputable painting company to paint my rental apartment in downtown Vancouver. I decided to go with Prorise because of there detailed quote, free colour consultation, and there professionalism. The job was started and completed on time and there were no surprises throughout the job. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend Prorise Painting to anyone looking for a headache free painting experience.

Commercial Exterior Painting

Exterior Painting
We had Prorise Painting paint the exterior of our house. Joseph provided a detailed quote outlining the work to be completed. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and promptly. The painters did an excellent job, were punctual, professional, and completed the job on time. Joseph also arranged for a colour consultation with Irene before the work begun which was invaluable. Interior Drywall & Painting
We contracted Prorise Painting to do drywall repair and necessary painting after new piping was installed in our 26 apartments building on Olser Street, Vancouver. Guys did excellent job in repairing damaged on the ceilings. Right now it looks fine and almost as if the damage was never made. All work was done on time and professionally. I will defiantly use Prorise Painting again.

Exterior Pressure Washing and Painting
Joseph was very detailed, knowledgeable, patience and friendly throughout the entire process - from the initial consultation to job completion and follow up. He provides a very detailed quote on paper outlining all the work done. I really appreciate Joseph's professionalism and patience in dealing with my roof repair schedule delay. He was able to accommodate the delay and follow up with me every week. The Prorise painting crew were fantastic - very professional, clean and courteous. The entire work areas and the surroundings were kept clean at the end of each work day. They completed the job in a timely manner and did not disrupt our daily schedule.

Interior Painting
