My house is an older house that was in need of exterior painting and a few exterior repairs. On meeting with Joseph Halfar, I was confident he would provide the detailed, meticulous service I wanted. Joseph and his crew worked hard to complete the numerous demands that the job required. When I was having difficulty deciding on colours, Joseph provided complimentary colour consultation with Irene Fraser - Design Happens, which was very helpful to me. I am extremely happy about the colours used on the house, especially the dark brown colour on the front and back stairs and railing. Throughout the entire job, I always found Joseph extremely patient, approachable, and receptive to all of my concerns. Although along the way some miscommunications occurred between Joseph and his workers and Joseph and me, in the end Joseph rectified all issues satisfactorily. I am extremely happy with the repairs and painting that Prorise Painting carried out. They even painted the window sills, which were not included in the contract, at no extra cost. With Joseph's attention to detail and eagerness to please, he himself completed follow up painting of my porch on certain areas that needed attending to. I feel confident that should any problems regarding this job arise in the future, Joseph will deal with them promptly and effectively.
