We recently hired Prorise Painting to completely repaint the new condo we had purchased. We decided to go with Prorise because of the level of professionalism shown when in the quotation stage - Joseph took photos of the space and provided us with a detailed quotation based on the exact specifications of our project, all in a very timely manner. We had a short timeline in which to complete the work between possession of our new home and move-in - just three days! Joseph and his team worked nearly round-the-clock to complete the project in the time we had. The suite had been smoked in frequently by the previous owners - Joseph and his team completely sealed the walls with smoke-seal primer which made a big difference. With new paint and floors (which Joseph helped in liaising with flooring installers for us), the only smoke smell left when we moved in came from the old kitchen cabinets. Joseph and his team did an excellent job in prepping the walls, and in the finishing touches. Joseph was also easily reachable by phone during the project, which made us feel at ease. Follow up was also thorough. Joseph made sure we were completely happy with the final product, and returned to ensure touch-ups were done after we had moved in. Overall, the customer service from Prorise was above and beyond what you would expect from a typical painting company. We would recommend Prorise to friends and family. Gary & Oralie
