I've moved 29 times, so I know about moving... these guys are excellent. Johnny, David and Mateus arrived exactly on time, and worked like Trojans for 11 hours to get the job done. Everything was moved with care arrived without any damage (a first for me). Communication with Cezar and Marion was quick and clear. Quote was a little underestimated, so minus one star, but a 5-star work ethic during the move!

We were so happy to book our second move with Toronto Pro Moving and Storage. Everyone we have worked with there is so friendly, professional, positive and helpful - they make what could be a stressful day, a pleasure. Thanks again!

Workers were highly efficient in the packing and moving proves. Both were very polite and understanding. When we arrived at my new location, I discovered that the key to my storage locker was not working. This caused a bit of a delay with no complaints from the workers. Thank you for all your hard work!!

Toronto Pro was recommended to us by people we had retained to help us "downsize". "declutter" and pack. We were most pleased with the quality of service, the gracious nature of the men involved in the work, and the care afforded our possessions. Two trips were involved, the first being several book cases which needed to be repainted in the new apartment. Toronto Pro came on time, and were most efficient, aided by the availability of the elevator and other services provided by the new landlord. We would not hesitate to recommend Toronto Pro highly to friends and relations planning a move. We appreciate this opportunity to comment.

This was by far the best moving experience we have had. Cezar and his team were amazing. Everyone was professional, friendly and polite throughout the long day - the team worked from early in the morning until quite late into the evening. Furniture was wrapped, fragile items were carefully packed, a complicated ping pong table assembly was disassembled and put back together carefully and correctly - we are happy to report the mechanism works perfectly! All in all, a perfect move - we highly recommend this company!

We interviewed and received a free estimate from Toronto Pro in April, 2017. We had not moved in 18 years so we were somewhat apprehensive about the process, pricing and logistics. I dealt with Cezar (and also with Marian), and they were fantastic. The process was smooth and communication was fluid and professional. A few days prior to our move they were in touch to provide us with additional information. The day of the move, five very capable movers showed up and went straight to work. What impressed me was that everything was wrapped and protected, and the gentlemen working on our move were fast, efficient and very careful (not just with our home items, but also with trees/branches while backing in the truck, flooring in the exit and entry homes etc.). Our move was a complete success and I couldn't have been happier. We are currently renting after selling our home and are now shopping for a new home. I have already told them that I want the exact same team back and I will not hesitate to hire Toronto Pro for our upcoming 'second' move. FYI, I had interviewed and received estimates from three other companies and Toronto Pro was by far the best. A very positive experience! Thank you Toronto Pro.
