Ice and old age caused my downspout to break away from the eavestrough. The strapping securing it to the house was also very loose. Russ came out within a couple of days of emailing him, repaired the damage to the downspout and replaced the strapping. He also tightened up another downspout and rearranged the gutter so that water would move away from the house more efficiently. I will not hesitate to have The Gutter Patrol back for any other gutter or eavestrough issues.

Excellent work and attitude. Came in half the price of competitor, on time and work completed quickly and cleanly. Russ will now be my yearly gutter support and will also be recommending his services to friends and family. You will not regret using these services.

Russ very rapidly noticed an eaves trough problem that I knew about but hadn't told him. He suggested the fix that I had seen Mike Holmes suggest in a similar situation. Russ also made an additional small repair at no cost to us. I think that this is one service provider that Mike Holmes himself would recommend.

Had water pooling and called Trough Patrol. They called me back right away and we set up a time to meet. Russel came on time and give me a few alternative options. He did the work professional and was very friendly. I would use them again for my gutters.

After attempting to call other companies to come over and estimate a fix on my downspout I finally found a company that answered the phone, made an appointment, showed up at the appointed time and to my amazement fixed what I needed at the time of estimating.

The owner Russell was knowledgeable, a good listener, offered suggestions as to how the water was going to be redirected from our eavestrough, did a great job at a reasonable price.

The owner contractor was very good and thorough in his work. We were very pleased with him and he was very honest and even did a few extra little jobs that he didn't charge us for. We would recommend Trough Patrol highly.
