Fast, efficient and effective. Ari answered my call right away and tried to diagnose the problem even before coming to my home to save cost. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly.

I had 2 sinks and faucets that were needing to be replaced. Ari Levstein visited my home and diagnosed the problem, he offered to buy the sinks and faucets and said he would return 4 days later to do the replacements. I purchased the sinks and faucets on his advice as to what I needed. He returned on the day he promised and efficiently completed the work, leaving room clean with no debris left behind. I would not hesitate to call this company again and I would highly recommend them.

It's never fun to have to call the plumber. You often brace yourself for a long wait and a huge price tag. Not the case when dealing with Levstein & Stern Plumbing. Stephen is a joy. Not only is he really sweet but he is also brutally honest. He will make an appointment and keep it. If he is running late, he'll call and let you know. What plumber does that nowadays? The job is done right - and you never feel ripped off. I would trust my home to no one else. These guys are the best!

Ari Levstein came quickly to our house in response to a call about a very leaky shower faucet after I attempted (and botched) a self-repair. He understood that it was an emergency call, as we had to turn off our water to avoid a major leak. Even with our water on, our only shower was inoperational. Ari was quick, friendly and affordable. He explained all of the work he was doing. He needed to order a part and come back a second time and kept us informed and updated in the interim. I would definitely use Levstein & Stern again.

I was very happy, he found the problem right away, had the parts in his truck and fixed it quickly, with no mess! Service was great! Fast! Price was right. Would use again in a flash! Recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I called Levstein & Stern to fix a problem with water hammer that developed over a few weeks. Ari Levstein came quickly to the rescue. I was expecting that this would be a complex and expensive problem to fix, but Ari instead showed me a few simple tests that traced the problem back to a leaking toilet valve, which he fixed in short order by replacing the ball valve with newer technology. He also helped me with four separate other plumbing maintenance issues and gave me some excellent advice on some bathroom renovations we were planning, all for a very reasonable cost. Levstein & Stern are a great new plumbing partnership which I expect will become very busy very soon.

We had Ari come to investigate some running toilets. While he was here we asked him to go through the house and let us know if there was any other issues that we may have and should take care of. He explained every issue he found and we feel he gave us honest opinions on what need repair. He fixed 3 toilets, which is probably gonna lower our water bill, increased the water pressure at the kitchen faucet as well as tightening it, replaced a leaking valve and tightend handles and valves in various washrooms. He was quiet, clean and tidy. I will only be using Levstein & Stern Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them.
