Awesome service. Came out the same day after a major emergency. The did the job well, quickly, effeciently and professionally. The pricing was upfront with no "games". They told me what they would do, how much it would cost and did it right. The gutter system works beautifully again. I would use these guys again.

Was recommended this company by an acquaintance, they booked us in quickly and were fast, polite, efficient and very professional. Overall they did the best job we have ever had. I was very especially pleased with the fact that they cleaned around the frames and window sills of each and every window, in like most of their competition. Even though the cost of the job was, in my opinion, a little expensive, (there is no difference between the cost of doing the inside vs the outside); we would still and will be using them in the future. They were in my opinion the very best!!

We used Maple for our new (old) home which desperately required the windows cleaned and eaves cleared, they did an excellent job. They came on the date promised on time and did a thorough job. The guys were really nice and clearly knew what they were doing. Since then I have refereed them to friends and family and all have have been satisfied. They are well priced and deliver as promised. Yitzie was very quick to respond to a phone call. He came over the same day, gave me an estimate and had a worker over the next day. The work was done extremely well. The man doing the work took the time to show me everything he had done and before he left he made sure I was happy with the work. Yitzie came by later in the day (early evening) to make sure I was satisfied, and to get paid. All in all I was extremely pleased with the price and the work. From day one this company was great. my call was returned immdiately and the work was done within a week. The crew arrived at the time they said they would....they cleaned all of my windows, eaves and skylights. My home is surrounded by a lot of trees, so it was a big job. Larkin and his partner were very friendly and courteous. They even noticed a leak in one of my vents and sealed it for me at no extra charge. They are also very tidy and took away the bags with the guck from the eaves. I even recieved a follow up phone call to ensure I was happy with the work done. This company goes the exta mile. I will use them every spring and highly recommend them.

I found this window cleaning company to be very professional, punctual and courteous. I asked them to clean the aluminum work around the windows and they said that was part of their standard service. They worked very quickly so I went around to check the quality, worried that they were missing things but every window was done perfectly. They washed, rinsed and replaced the screens that were on the outside. They also were careful not to scratch the outside of the house or dent the eaves troughs as I noticed they were using special bumpers on the tops of their ladders. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Al

Quality work. Excellent Service. Polite and professional Staff. Top to bottom, this is a quality service and Maple is creating excellence through a wonderful customer experience. Yitzie is the man. Personable, friendly and fair. We use them for our Eaves Troughs twice a year and windows - exterior and interior - at least annually. And now, we refer Maple to others in our neighbourhood and are happy to do so. Quality work and consistently good service are not always easy to come by. You can count on both at Maple. On two occasions we have used Maple Window and Eaves Cleaning. First, to clean our eaves after roof construction, and then later to clean our windows. Their customer care and service is impeccable. For example, they replaced eaves light bulbs without question, and made sure to check that we were satisfied with all aspects of their work. We recommend them without reservation, and for said reasons, we will be sure to use them again.

Yitzie and his team were dependable, proffesional, tidy, careful and did a superb job. We've used Maple for other projects such as window and eaves cleaning ....everything is done to perfection. Very prompt and courteous!

They cleaned my eaves and made a downspout on the front of the house. The price was very competitive, the service technicians were very helpful. I would use Maple again.
