Sara was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond to my quote request as well as to any email queries I had. Sara offered many options and opinions on colours, style, brands, etc in order to minimize cost as well as to maximize the overall desired impact to the rooms. Installation took a while as we had MANY windows but Dwayne was on time and did whatever it took to install the blinds and drapes properly. We had a bit of an issue with some drapes not sliding as smoothly as we'd like but Dwayne came back and fixed everything to ensure 100% client satisfaction. Overall, job very well done indeed!

Very professional, had suggestions, arrived promptly with samples. It was a brand new condo, and Sara had great ideas for style and colour. Her installer also arrived promptly, finished the job and made sure that everything was cleaned up. They told me that they would rush the job, because we had not window coverings, and they did. That was a relief. I have already recommended her to other people in the condo. Other than the view, all my friends comment on the window treatment. Sheers in living room and den, the same in the bedroom, with blackout drapes. Since we moved in, we have also added blinds for the patio door. Same experience as first time: professional, courteous, prompt, neat clean, good value for money...custom made means that, custom made for my space. I am planning on staying in the condo for a long time so I wanted it furnished properly first time around...

We were so impressed with Sara that this was our second time hiring her to install drapes and roller shades in our new home. Her service is impeccable and she did an amazing job recommending the type of drapes, colours, style, etc. that suited our tastes. Her pricing is also very reasonable and installation was quick. I would highly recommend her!!

I could not be happier!!! I have a massive window that happens to be a focal point in my loft style condo and I wanted a window covering that would do it justice and make the place look grand. I got just what I asked for!! The staff were so kind and professional. They listened to my vision and made it happen right down to the fabric selection. I cannot recommend these guys enough!! They will definitely be caring for my window treatment needs in all future homes.. Every time I see my sheers I can't help but stare. Thank you for making my vision a reality!!!! Sara and her team were given a unique and challenging ask and they came through 100%. They delivered something thoughtful, well-crafted, durable and well-priced. This was one of the biggest creative risks through the entire project and I couldn't be happier with the result! They really understood the task at hand. The team is also super friendly, efficient and responsive. I would definitely work with them again!

I hired Sara from Model Space Designs to provide my window coverings - I had met with several companies and was most impressed with her. She has an artistic eye for what would look good - so even though I was thinking of getting blinds for my backyard windows - she convinced me that full length sheers would look much better - and she was right. She did the same with my master bedroom windows and I love what she has created - navy blue linen curtains (I never would have thought of that). Any questions or issues that came up - she was on the ball and they got resolved quickly. She is easy to work with and flexible. The project completed earlier than expected and within my budget. I would highly recommend Model Space Designs - they are professional and very pleasant to work with and I'd definitely hire them again if needed..

Model Space Designs came to me through a recommendation and I am very happy with their work. Sara is an expert in window coverings - I think she has an encyclopedic memory of every window covering available! Her recommendations for my window treatments were perfect. Sara works hard and she aims to please her client. Now that they've been expertly installed, my windows look elegant and sophisticated.

Custom drapery (silk with sheer) on custom double rod for our master bedroom. Sara from Model Space Designs is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, has great taste and gave amazing advice based on what we were looking for. She's easy to communicate with and very attentive to last minute changes and questions. This is the second project she has completed for us and both times she has delivered. We're very happy with the quality of the work and the amazing look of our home now. Price is comparable to other higher-end quality custom work and worth every penny.

This is my second time using Model Space and both experiences were terrific. Suggestions were excellent. I left it all in their hands as I had no idea how to go about getting the proper look for my condo. If you are looking for a very professional company to help you with custom coverings, they will not dissapoint.
