Muhammad was an absolute godsend! He was calm, professional, honest, thorough and so reassuring. I called several companies and he was the only one to call me and spend time talking with me on the phone to make sure he knew all the details. He came in on the Sunday of a long weekend and completed the most thorough exam to check for the presence of bed bugs. He said this was the first step so that we weren’t spending money unnecessarily on an extermination if it was not needed. In the end there were no bed bugs (though he did find some carpet beetles and gave me tips to avoid these). I was so impressed with Muhammad’s honesty and his knowledge. He could have easily completed a full extermination I would have not known any different. If I were to ever find myself in the same situation he will be the first person I call. I cannot recommend Muhammad enough! We discovered a bug in our room and were very concerned. Muhammad came right away to inspect our home and, unfortunately, confirmed we had bedbugs. He calmly explained the situation, walked us through a treatment plan, and gave us tips for preventative maintenance. When it came time for treatment, Muhammad was extremely detail-oriented and thorough. He didn’t just treat our rooms — he worked hard to find the source of the problem. Sure enough, he discovered that the infestation was actually coming from our neighbor’s side (we live in a townhouse). Muhammad suggested we speak with our neighbors, and he even went over to inspect their home. He found a much larger infestation there that had likely been going on for a long time. Because of Muhammad’s dedication, our neighbors also hired him, and he treated both homes with the same level of care and thoroughness. Thanks to him, the issue has been resolved for all of us. Muhammad goes above and beyond!

I rarely leave reviews, but this one’s earned. I found Pest Solution Services while dealing with a bedbug situation that had me stressed and overwhelmed. I saw the 5-star reviews — hundreds of them — and was skeptical. Too good to be true, right? Almost didn’t call because of that. Glad I did. 
From the first call, Muhammad was calm, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush or upsell. He came same day, did a real inspection (not just a glance and spray), and explained everything clearly.
What stood out most? He came back multiple times — five visits in 10 days — not because I asked, but because he wanted to be sure the treatment was working. Every time I saw even a dead bug, he was back.
The treatment wasn’t just spray — he used steam, dust, monitors, mattress covers — and explained every step without talking down to me.
If you're hesitant because the reviews seem too good, I get it. I was too. But this guy’s the real deal. You'll see it within five minutes.

Muhammad answered my call at noon and despite there being a snow storm starting later afternoon, he agreed to come that day, after he finished another job he was working on. We did not expect this and were totally impressed from the start. The commitment and service that he provided was the best that I have received from any contractor. His price was at the high end, but once we saw what we were getting, it was totally worth it. He spent considerable time explaining everything to us, and also took as much time as needed to answer our many follow-up questions. It’s also important to note that Muhammad is the owner and has no employees. He is the business. The job took approximately 2 and 1/2 days and his level of thoroughness was impressive. Muhammad includes a 6 month gtee and will return to investigate if there are further concerns of infestation. In sum, we feel fortunate that we hired Muhammad and strongly recommend him to anyone dealing with bed bug infestation. Thank you Muhammad!
