Upon discovering that I had bed bugs in my bedroom, I was unsure of what to do. Using HomeStars as a resource, I came across Pest Solution Services and their many excellent reviews. After contacting Pest Solution Services, a suitable day and time was arranged for an inspection/investigation. Mohammad of PSS arrived and proceeded to do an incredibly thorough investigation of the entire house, although it was determined that the bed bugs were contained in one bedroom, but the infestation was very severe. Treatment started the next day and continued for another 2 days since the infestation was so heavy. The treatment was incredibly thorough and detailed. Mohammads work is impeccable, working long hours often without a break to get the job done. Truly an outstanding work ethic! Follow up visits are included in the cost in order to make sure that all bed bugs have been eradicated. As this was a very stressful situation to find myself in, I must also mention Mohammads reassurance and kindness during this difficult time. Do not hesitate or think twice to call Pest Solution Services if you think or know you have bed bugs. I called Muhammed for the first time when I thought I found a bed bug. After reading all the excellent reviews, I decided to call Pest Solution Services. He answered my call immediately and asked me if I could send a picture. Even though the bug was dead, he was able to identify it and reassured me it wasn't a bed bug. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. When I found moths and ants this past year, I knew just who to call. Muhammed knows everything about bugs and he was able to guide me on what to do to eliminate them. He is friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. His expertise goes beyond just bed bugs. If you see bugs in your home and don't know what they are or how to to deal with them, don't just go to your local hardware store to purchase "toxic" chemical sprays that may not even work, call Muhammed. We weren't sure whether we had bedbugs until we spotted a live one. After searching on Homestars and elsewhere, we decided to call Pest Control Services based on the reviews. Muhammad responded promptly, and the next day he arrived to do an inspection. After finding evidence of bedbugs in one room, he came back the next day and spent several hours eradicating them. Four weeks later, we haven't seen a hint of bedbugs. And if we do, Muhammad provides a 6-month warranty on his work. We're definitely happy we called him. If you're getting sticker-shock at the costs, and thinking of going with a cheaper, big-name company instead, remember that you get what you pay for. With Muhammad, what you get for the price is a courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced professional who responds quickly, arrives when he says he will, spends as much time as necessary to do a thorough job, and uses a range of precision techniques rather than simply blasting chemicals through your whole house. In our case, the bugs were confined to our bedroom, so the disruption was relatively minimal and we were able to sleep comfortably in our bed that night. The few chemicals Muhammad used were locally applied, and didn't affect us our our pet. I was really impressed with his thoroughness and with how courteous and professional he was. It's worth repeating that Muhammad provides a 6-month warranty for his work. Not everyone does that, but it reflects Muhammad's confidence in his work. It's not a cheap service, but it's worth it. Muhammad came within the same day of receiving our phone call. He was very thorough with his inspection, walked us through what he was looking for (signs and evidence of bed bugs) and explained every step of the inspection process. We found bugs. Not many, but enough to freak us out. I called ten places who promised to poison my house. I wasn't sure I wanted poison. Then I found Mohammed. First, he asked a lot of questions over the phone, then he showed up a few hours later and confirmed that we had bugs. Next day, he attacked them with steam and heat. He knows everything about bugs, being an entomologist... he spent about 10 hours taking apart furniture, cleaning everything. Within 48 hours of finding the bugs, they were gone. I was panicked. I had been bitten in the night and found a suspicious bug when I searched underneath my bed. I always check Home Stars for options and Pest Solution Services was top of the reviews so I called. After some basic information gathering, Mohammad suggested it would be a good idea to do an inspection for signs of potential infestation. He arrived within an hour with his gear and calming demeanor, conducting a thorough inspection, leaving nothing unturned or dismantled, teaching me what signs to look for and how to protect myself in the future. He was able to supply me with protective items I could buy for my bed so that I was able to have a proper sleep that night. He deemed no treatment necessary and continues to follow up. I called Muhammed after reading great reviews online and researching his bed bug treatment solution. After I contacted Muhammed, he came to the property for an assessment. He determined that there was a bed bug infestation and he recommended several treatment options as well as pre and post treatment options. He was detailed oriented, meticulous and had great attention. He spent many hours treating the house and also included a post visit to ensure that the treatment worked. Thanks to Muhammad, my rental property is bug free and I have piece of mind that the treatments were effective. PS: this was the 2nd treatment for this property as the first company that was hired did not do a good job and they were more expensive. I am most impressed by Muhammed's knowledge, intelligence and patience. He conducted a very thorough visual inspection of the master bedroom where I had found a bug. He is a one-man operation so I assisted in removing all bedding, sliding the mattress off the bed then disassembling the entire bed frame. With a headlight, magnifying glass and cotton swab he methodically inspected everything including the carpeting around the bed, nightstands and books in the nightstands. Having confirmed more evidence (luckily mine had not grown into a major infestation) he scheduled me in for 3 days later. The treatment took a day. He placed clever bug catchers under the feet of the bed as one of the ways to confirm eradication. A week and a half later he returned and declared us bug free. No more bites and no bugs in the trays under the feet of the bed. He has a terrific amount of experience. PSS is as thorough as they come and Muhammed patiently answered every question I asked.Answer from pro:
