I lived with these nasty things for a year. Covid and embarassment didn't help me. I contacted Muhammad through Homestars and his reviews were what prompted me to act. And act he did. Within contact, Muhammad came over and assessed the problem. Within days, he was over here and removed them. And it was a long day, as the infestation was significant. I had a previous infestation and the company had us all vacate the premises, including the pets. I was assured that I could stay in my home, with my ancient cat, and not have to leave. I am sleeping now. Seriously. I would wake up every night, peek under the covers and grab the little critters and flush them down the toilet, only to repeat all night. For a year. I went traveling and a week after arriving home had bites that looked awfully like bed bugs. Sadly I have had to deal with them 3-4 years ago and so I was horrified. I called Muhammad and he came within an hour to perform an inspection. He immediately reassured me that I did not have bed bugs but carpet beetles. He explained in detail the steps I would need to take to rid myself of the infestation. Thankfully I would not need any kind of spraying and the bits were actually an allergic reaction to the very small hairs on the larvae of the carpet beetles. About 2 months ago I discovered tiny black spots on my bed sheets, which grew in number over the course of a couple of weeks. I suspected that something was unusual, and upon lifting my mattress (which itself was clean), I discovered a few small bugs on the metal bracket holding the box spring. I knew about bed bugs (and was always paranoid about them when traveling in the past), but never had to deal with them previously myself, so this was quite shocking and disconcerting. Adding to my stress was the fact that I had a vacation planned the following week and I had a lot of things to take care of. I spent the following day washing/drying all of my clothes and sealing them in plastic bags. I also tried to thoroughly clean and vacuum under the box spring, but I realized quickly that it is very difficult to find, let alone remove, all of the bugs and their eggs, since they can hide in many places. I wasn't sure how big the infestation was and whether I needed to get rid of any furniture. It would be a waste of time and money to have to go through this again in the near future. Upon the recommendation of a friend and reading the many positive reviews, I decided to call Muhammad. He replied to me right away, listened to my predicament, and scheduled to come for an inspection on that same evening, which I appreciated. He thoroughly inspected my bedroom and living room, and confirmed that there was an infestation about 6-8 weeks old. He then asked me if I'd like to take care of the problem myself or have him do a professional treatment - I opted for the latter since I wanted things to be done properly and the problem gone. To make things better, Muhammad said that I would not need to get rid of any furniture because everything could be treated in my case. Muhammad came in to do the treatment just 2 days after the inspection. He worked for the whole day, and thoroughly treated everything in my bedroom and living room. He mostly used a very safe and effective steaming method. He encased my box spring and mattress in protectors, and placed interceptors under the bed for peace of mind. He also explained everything in detail and reassured me that the problem was solved, but that just in case he would continue following up with me. A few weeks later Muhammad came back for another inspection and thankfully there were no bed bugs. He placed a few more traps in other rooms just for reassurance. It has now been almost 2 months since the treatment and I am happy to report that there are no signs of bugs. If you suspect that you have bed bugs, give Muhammad a call. He'll promptly respond, perform an inspection, and solve the problem quickly and effectively. There are too many horror stories of other companies having to do treatments again and again, so don't waste your time and money.

I used Pest Solution Services to rid my house of an on-going carpenter ant infestation. Muhammad, who has a university degree in entomology, applied his expertise to what had become a persistent problem. His initial cost was a bit more than some of the other highly rated company but he had built in possible reoccurrences for which there would be no additional charges. It took many, many visits and the eradication of two nests to finally get rid of those ants. I am forever grateful for his professionalism and perseverance in the face of a seemingly insoluble pest problem. I couldn't recommend his company any higher.
