    Maintenance and Preventative Steps for Home

    I called Muhammad because I thought there may be an issue in one of our rentals. He came out the next day and did a thorough inspection of the property including the outside. After an hour, he determined there was not an infestation, but discovered there were some problem areas in the kitchen that may become an issue. He came back the next day and spent a few hours sealing up cracks and areas around the pipes, electrical and vents. He was meticulous and thorough in his work. I found him to be very kind and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. He also came back for some follow up visits to ensure there were no issues. And there have been none. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend Muhammad without hesitation.

    Bed Bugs issues

    Muhammad from Pest Solution Services came to our house to help us get rid of Bed Bugs. He was very informative and specific in his explanations re those bugs, not only in getting rid of them but more importantly, how to prevent any future infestations. I would highly recommend Muhammad, his knowledge and dedication to his craft will surely impress you, I certainly was. Also as part of his services, he will come back for follow up visits to make sure all is well again in your house.

    Bedbug extermination

    There was a bedbug infestation from tenants bringing used furniture into a basement apartment. Mohamed was helpful, patient, and most importantly he meticulously sprayed everything and we haven't had a bedbug in two years since the job was done in 2017.

    Immediate results. Very professional.

    I’m so happy we decided to call this company. After attempting to deal with a bed bug issue ourselves we realized that things were not getting any better. We thought that the bugs were contained to only one bedroom however it only took Muhammad 10 mins to find the actual bed bug “nest” was in another bedroom! The person sleeping in the most infested room was not reacting to the bites so it was only after they started spreading to another room that the bed bugs were noticed. Eww! Although not cheap, Muhammad’s treatment has been amazing! He spent 2 full days treating 2 bedrooms and has also inspected the rest of the house. The most important thing is that there are follow up visits! Amazing! Muhammad took the time to teach us about bed bugs, their life cycle, how they feed, reproduce etc. If you see signs of bed bugs DO NOT TRY TO TREAT YOURSELF! We made that mistake and ended up costing us a lot more money. Call a professional right away. I highly recommend this company. They put me at ease right away and we have had no issues since treatment was completed. Muhammad is still coming for follow ups and it’s been around a month since the treatment. He will guarantee that the bugs are gone.

    Bed Bug issue

    I chose this company based on the excellent reviews and bc the owner is an entomologist and I appreciate expertise. I was not disappointed and would recommend Muhammad unequivocally. He should be your first and only call. Muhammad came out on the same day I called him. I was not sure what the problem was as my son had had bites. He was very polite, prepared and clearly very knowledgable. He found the problem within minutes, recommended a course of action that was the most affordable and effective, and also inspected the rest of the house. He found some other different bugs (less worrisome) but made some excellent and affordable recommendations to deal with them too. He also has excellent quality and well-priced supplies such as mattress covers etc. He kept in touch to ask how things were going, and when my son's friend mentioned a bite (she got it elsewhere we learned afterwards), he expedited a follow up trip and a full inspection again. We had no problems or bites after his first visit - his recommendations clearly solved the problem. He was absolutely wonderful, empathetic and very kind despite how panicked and worried I was (sending repeated email questions). Another company would not have been as knowledgeable or caring. Thank you so much Muhammad - my family and I are very grateful.

    Got a problem? Call him already!

    When my husband started getting bites and no doctor could clearly articulate what it was, we knew from NYC days it was likely bed bugs. I read some reviews, and I’ll say what the reviewer who convinced me about Muhammed, if you’ve got a problem, or think you have, just call him already! He is professional, very thorough, empathetic, and always responsive. He even accompanied me to the dry cleaner when I had a problem with them. He will not go overboard on treatment, but is very thoughtful about how to approach it, and thorough in his sweep. I will say, with the great service, it isn’t too cheap...it’s a little nerve racking to pay so much and not be sure of what further service you’re getting, but he saw us through to the end of the problem. If you’ve got a problem, or think you’ve got a problem, call him, he’ll get you through it as quickly and as headache free as is possible.

    Look no further. Muhammad is the best in the business!

    I really can't say enough about this company, and about Muhammad. He is the consumate professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure the job has been completed and won't reoccur, and that his customers are satisfied and at ease. It's never a nice situation, to find that there is an issue with any kind of pest in your home but Muhammad made sure we had all the information we needed about the process, and very helpful tips for future prevention. As a trained entimologist, he is also extremely knowledgeable. I was incredibly stressed out when I first called Muhammad, but he responded right away, assessed the situation and treated the problem. Along the way, he has made several visits to our home to ensure everything was all clear, and that we felt comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!

    Excellent service and advice!! Our life line!

    When we first recognized we had a problem, we didn’t know what to do. It was very late at night. We came across Muhammad’s services from a google search and we were comforted by his customer testimonials, so we called him thinking we’d get an answering machine - he picked up!! He immediately acknowledged our concerns and gave us sound advice to ease our worries. Since the first phone call, he has been extremely responsive, professional, empathetic and diligent. He treated the problem swiftly and made multiple visits and follow up calls to ensure our situations was managed effectively.     Bug and Pest Expert you can trust

    If you suspect you 'might' have bed bugs (or any pest issue), I highly recommend Muhammad. He was referred to me by a friend and, after my experience, it was clear why she praised him so much. He responded to me immediately and was able to inspect my home within 3 hours of calling him! Muhammad is extremely thorough, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. What I thought was a bed bug issue was in fact carpet beetles. He provided me and helped me install mattress protectors for additional piece of mind along with practical advice on how to resolve the beetle issue. Four years ago after a separate but similar incident, I was lead to believe I had a bed bug issue from a company that used dogs to detect the presence of bed bugs. Although there was no physical evidence of a bed bug, they convinced me that I should have a heat treatment done to my home. Thousands of dollars later and more educated, I now believe I was misled and never likely had a bed bug issue. Hindsight is 20/20 and I hope this helps prevent someone else being misled in the future. Muhammad is thorough, realistic and someone you can trust.

    When it's bed bugs, you want the best

    Our tenant called us after having found one live bed bug crawling up her bedroom wall near her bed. I called Muhammed who was able to identify the bug from a picture and came to the apartment the same day. Before he did the inspection, he showed me pictures of evidence of bed bugs so that I would know what he was looking for. He also explained the different evidence, live bed bugs at different ages, exoskeletons and droppings, so that I would understand what was what. He inspected the bed and box spring as well as some surrounding things like baseboards, picture frames and a chair in the bedroom. He only found two small exoskeletons on the box spring, which he showed me. At that point Muhammed was pretty sure that there was no infestation but that the tenant had probably carried a couple home on her backpack. He then inspected the couch and chairs in the living room, the roommate's bed and box spring and the downstairs tenant's bed and box spring to put our minds at ease. There was no more evidence to be found. He didn't inspect everything in the apartment, just what was most likely to be a culprit. I purchased from Muhammed a proper bed bug cover for the tenant's mattress and one for the box spring as well as 7 interceptors for the bed's legs, just in case. He went above and beyond to help me install those things since I was on my own. During his inspection, he explained his process and imparted valuable information. I recommend having paper and pen ready for that. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, considerate and professional. When he was making up the invoice, we chatted, and I learned that he genuinely loves his work. Thanks Muhammed!
