    Bed Bug Analysis and Consultation

    Mohammed from Pest Solution Services was highly recommended to me and he didn’t disappoint. He actually even beat my high expectations. Firstly, I called him in a panic on a Sunday and he answered my calls immediately and gave me amazing advice. I was worried I had a bed bug problem because I had some bites. He said bites are just one form of evidence and that a full inspection was needed to properly evaluate. *Please contrast this to other services I called rhat stated that it sounded like bed bugs and they would come in and spray twice to kill them. Mohammed assured me that a thorough investigation by him was the best solution before jumping to spraying. He went on to say that it is like giving medication when you only even know what’s wrong. This made sense to me. The other vendors I called were trying to make fast money but he would only charge me for what made sense. I trusted him but was still stressed so he made a special trip to my house on Sunday evening for the assessment. He was done for the day but did this for me as I was panicked and strapped for time. What amazing customer service! When Mohammed came, he did a thorough investigation, identified that there were no bed bugs and sat with me Andy husband for a full hour sharing his expertise and knowledge with us. It turned out that it was a Carpet Beatle larvae problem, and, he advised on the steps we needed to take to get it take of ourselves. Needless to say, the spray advised from the other vendors would not have worked! And would have costed over 3 times as much! I could not have been happier and am so glad I went with Mohammed. He is a true expert and professional. A big thank you to you, Mohammed!

    Excellent Service

    Muhammad was professional and effective. He dealt with our situation as soon as possible. Even after he was finished he remained in communication with my roommate and I and answered any questions we had over email. He provided all the necessary expertise, tips and tricks. Would use him again!

    Honest, Extremely Knowledgeable, & Thorough

    We had found a few bed bugs in one of the bedrooms of our home and upon reading all the referrals, we called Muhammad to assess the situation. He came the same day and was extremely thorough in his search. He looked for evidence of bed bugs throughout our entire home and luckily the issue was contained and could be dealt with by just steaming everything in the rooms. The initial assessment was all it took for Muhammad to advise us on how to eliminate our bed bug issue. Muhammad educated us on the epidemic and showed us images of the signs we should look for in the future. He placed great emphasis on its prevention and what precautionary steps we should take to ensure that the problem does not get worse or occur again. Muhammad followed up with us to ensure that the bed bug situation had been resolved. He put our minds at ease with his incredible knowledgeable and attention to detail in his investigation. We would most definitely recommend his services anytime!

    Honest and HELPED OVER THE PHONE!!

    I called Mohamed this morning after finding what looked like a bug on my sheets. Even though it is the "buggy" time of year and my husband and I had recently been near water and were bitten around the ankles and wrists, I was still terrified that we had bed bugs. Mohamed asked me to text him a photo of the bug- he could have suggested an on site call, but instead he was willing to do an initial assessment based on a couple of pictures that I took. He determined that it was not a bed bug and put my mind at ease. Anyone who is worried about being ripped off or taken advantage of should call this company. I hope that I don't ever need his services, but if I do (or if anyone I know is looking for an honest expert), I wouldn't hesitate to call. Thank you, Mohamed!

    Removal of bed bug infestation

    We had a very bad bed bug infestation spread throughout much of a 2-bedroom condo. When we contacted the condo office for help, they put us in touch with their pest control service, which sent in a rep to conduct an investigation. The rep's investigation was quite superficial, lasting barely 15 minutes, and was focused mainly on the bedroom. We were not convinced they would do a thorough job of ridding us of the bed bugs, so we searched Homestars and found Muhammad from Pest Solution Services. Muhammad is amazing - he is a very knowledgeable bed bug specialist, who really knows bed bugs and is extremely thorough in his pest removal work. Every visit was conducted with great care and precision, starting with his initial assessment, which lasted almost an hour, during which he went to great pains to explain every thing we ever wanted to know about bed bugs, and how to deal with them. His assessment was that a proper elimination of the infestation in our condo would need us to do significant de-cluttering first, followed by his 3-day extremely thorough cleaning and disinfection process with chemicals, etc., which includes much manual scrutiny and hand-inspection. All baseboards (behind which bed bugs will typically take up residence) needed to be removed and disinfected (which Muhammad did). Since the 3-day disinfection process almost a month ago, Muhammad has dropped in twice more to check on status and, thanks to his thoroughness, no more bed bugs have been seen. While the entire process with Muhammad is not cheap, I believe it is money well-spent, given the significant amount of work that was needed to be done together with the proficiency and professionalism with which it was done. We are very grateful to Muhammad for his expertise and hard work in ridding us of our bed bug infestation, and can highly recommend him to anyone who has a similar problem. What is most impressive about him is that he is a true professional who really cares about his clients, providing excellent advice and support even after the initial work is done.

    Muhammad was excellent! he was very thorough and explained everything along the way. He was able to deal with the bed-bug issue in our guest room and followed up several times. Excellent!

    Amazing! Don’t look anywhere else

    Mohammed is amazing at what he does! And so honest. A unit on my floor had bed bugs and two other companies came in and treated without success. We even had dogs check that unit and all others on the floor and they could not detect them. My building Mgmt hired Mohammed due to an amazing referral. He was meticulous and found bed bugs. His treatment and follow up was nothing short of professional. I was in constant fear of them spreading to my unit but when I heard they had hired him, all fear was gone. He has come back several times to monitor and we are so happy that the unit has been bed bug free for months now. We lived with this issue for months and he came in and solved it immediately. On a personal note, at the height of everyone’s fear in my building- I found a bug and sent him the picture convinced it was a bed bug and he quickly calmed my fears and explained what it was (book lice). He could’ve taken advantage of the situation but he is so honest and professional. Thank you Mohammed! Don’t look any further - you have found the professional that will solve your problem!
