Mohammed came to my home and was very courteous and answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience, he was very helpfull and honest. BED BUG HELL! No sooner did we move into our new house when we soon discovered that the previous owners left us a welcome gift of bed bugs! My husband was riddled with bites all over his body which we thought were mosquito bites until we came home one Friday night and found a bed bug the size of a lady beetle on a sofa! We immediately jumped on HomeStars and found Muhammed and his company. He showed up right away (at 9pm on Friday) night, did a thorough inspection and discovered a MAJOR infestation with a giant nest on the base boards of our bedroom. We booked him immediately and he started work the following day. I ready many things online that people with minor bed bug problems (using different companies, store bought solutions etc.) had to treat at least 2 - 3 times to rid themselves of a minor problem...we had a MAJOR problem (fully matured breeding adults, egg clusters EVERYWHERE and lava in all of our baseboards)....and Muhammed fixed the problem in ONE treatment! Muhammad is outstanding! He is committed, diligent, and thorough, and his expertise was evident from the start. We suspected that we had bed bugs, and he came within hours of our call to him. He immediately discovered our infestation (which a previous exterminator had missed), and then he put us at ease. He confidently assured us that he would get rid of our bugs, and that he did. He returned the next day and the day after that, and then again when we called him a week later, worried that the bugs weren't yet gone. Don't blow your money. This man is honest. I had bed bug bites, probably from a bug picked up at one of the motels I stayed at recently and having read so many horror stories.. I was panicking. I spent a full day reading everything on the net , leaving me with a clear sense that I had far to many variables and possible critical mistakes, that might leave me with a monster story like some we read. Enter Mohammed. He could have signed me up for a major program right off the bat , and I would have gladly paid. But no. He did a careful investigation of the scene.. the bedframe.. etc..and informed me very quickly that my problem was a very small one. I would not have to burn the house down after all. He recommended a good cleaning and vacuuming, a matress cover (which happily he had.. and the right one..) A little alcohol spray if it made me feel better, some of that dusting material everyone talks about around the cracks and baseboards and trim and windows. He gave me some "Bed Moats" for the bed legs which would catch any critters trying to get up or down. And that's it. I told him I was interested in building a couple of those detector CO2 / traps that I saw on the internet and he thought that would be nice too. And laugh. He laughed a lot. In a nice way. I paid him his very reasonable fee for his making sure to see me the same day.. coming from Toronto to Brampton.. and a reasonable price for the right kind of matress cover... And that's it. I'm no longer in full panic mode after reading the horror stories. Thank God for great, happy, friendly , honest, prompt and knowledgeable people like Mohammed. I'm pretty confident that if I follow his advice I won't have a single additional problem, or if some small problem emerges, I know exactly who to call and who to listen to. I think honest competent experts like this man make a reasonable living because we in the community can trust him. So do yourself a very big favor, if the thought of a bed bug infestation and your own "little bit of nowledge..that "dangerous thing".( I used a commercial product that had the potential of making a much smaller problem a lot bigger... he said it probably didn't do too much harm in this instance.) and a very reasonable fear of falling prey to a bloodsucker disquised as a pest control person, which sometimes happens, then simply Call Mohammed. He addressed the whole issue in one diagnostic visit, scoped the situation and gave me a quick and painless solution. The man is gold. Call him. The relief is palpable. He will give you exactly what you need and very fairly. In my case, there was very little that needed doing and he gave great advice and handy , well priced products. Worried about bed bugs. Stop it. About a month ago, we discovered bed bugs in a room on the second floor of our home. We immediately tried to call a large extermination company, but it was a Sunday night, and the next day was a legal holiday. They said someone would phone back on Tuesday. In the interim, my wife went to Home Stars and found Pest Solution Services. I'm so glad she did. We called Muhammed on the holiday Monday, and arranged for him to come over for an inspection that day. He showed up when he said he would. It was clear the house had a major problem, and he arranged to come over to start a thorough treatment the next day. It was a pretty big job. Our home is three stories, and we had a lot of stuff in it. Muhammad was exceptional. He assessed where treatment was needed, and what items in the home were at risk. As he did his work, my wife and I started to remove clutter. We learned the hard way that the more stuff you have, the more stuff you have to worry about! After three days, Muhammad was done his work, and ever since, he's been fantastic about taking our many questions as we continue to monitor our home. He also made sure to come over for a follow-up inspection. And his price was within the range that I expected. I found him perfectly professional, courteous, knowledgeable and careful. He puts thought into where he uses certain chemicals, and where he steams and vacuums as he tackles the problem. I give him my highest recommendation.

I called Mohammed and he showed up promptly the next day to inspect my house for bed bugs. He did a thorough exam, providing information on things for me to look for and felt that we might have had one bug, but I had got it. In the past 3 months we have had three incidents of bed bugs in our home. During the initial treatment, Mr. Akram thoroughly inspected every inch of our bedrooms and disassembled each piece of furniture in order to find those nasty creatures. He then spent two full days treating our house and eliminating them. Mr. akram Provided msds sheets for each of the chemicals used in our house to ensure we were fully aware of the content of the treatment chemicals. Unfortunately we have had a couple of more minor incidents of finding bed bugs in our home after the first treatment, but mr. Akram stayed true to his word. He gave us a 6 month guarantee and when we called him he came back to our house to inspect and treat the situation within 48 hours. Mr. Akram is very knowledgable about pest control and he genuinely cares about helping his clients. I would highly recommend PSS to anyone who encounters bed bugs in their home.

We had a bed bug problem in our master bedroom that I tried tirelessly to eliminate on my own, but to no avail. I finally started my search for help and found Mohammed. I am so glad that I did. He came to my house the day after my call and found the sources of my infestation in places I would NEVER have thought to look, like behind my phone jack, where he found a number of eggs. If I had waited even a few days longer to call Mohammed, my bad problem could have become way worse as had the eggs behind the phone jack hatched, it could have led to an infestation throughout the house. He immediately went to work on the room and eliminated the infestation. He also treated the phone jacks throughout the entire house to prevent infestation elsewhere. The next night I found a dead bed bug in a bathroom and panicked. I called him at 8:00 that night, and he took my call. He came over the next day and inspected everywhere. He calmly reassured me that there was nothing. And he was right. I can now sleep comfortably knowing that thanks to Mohammed the bugs have been eliminated. In all, he was thorough, he only treated what need to be treated, and his treatment was effective. He calmly answered all of my questions (and I had many), and he was always incredibly polite and professional. He genuinely cares about what he does and how his work impacts those affected. We were absolutely delighted with Muhamed Akram's service. The apartment we rented had been treated for bedbugs by another company and we wanted a separate opinion before we moved in. Muhamed arrived promptly to the minute. He inspected the two bedrooms minutely--he actually found two fecal remains each no bigger than a pencil dot.
