My Mom Hates to MOVE! So she wanted to have me move her, so instead, I jumped over on to Homestars and did a quick search. Accurate was one of the top rated and I have seen their trucks several times on the road. My mom called and was able to secure a reservation in no time. This move was probably her most unplanned move. She has just come out of a relationship and wanted her own house and her own stuff. She was already stressed and nervous about life, I was worried about the outcome of the move. But once she started talking to them on the phone and in person her feelings towards Accurate soared and their customer service was impeccable. On the day of the move, there were three men and they were right on time (I can't remember their names but I think the lead guy was either Andrew). They were nice and courteous and amazingly efficient. I never saw these men "sitting around" and running the clock. They never had a problem with any situation and treated each box, picture, electronic, or piece of furniture like it was their own. They listened to the needs of my mom and put things where she suggested and moved it again if she asked. Each guy was equal in their workload and really got along as a team. I would recommend this team to anyone moving. I have moved many times and these guys are bar none the best I have ever worked with, thank you Accurate for helping us out.

After searching online for over an hour and doing some in depth research I finally found my go-to movers! After calling several local moving companies for a small moving job (small, but very heavy!), I chose Accurate Moving because their quote was more reasonable than anywhere else, they were able to fit me in on two days notice and they bill on 20-minute increments (so you're not charged a full hour for 20 minutes of work). My experience was fantastic from start to finish. Andrew, the man who booked my move, was kind, courteous and accommodating. And our movers, Alex and Tim, were outstanding! They arrived 10 minutes early, were incredibly polite and respectful, and quickly and efficiently moved several large and very heavy pieces of furniture out of a high-rise condo and into our single family home. I will definitely be requesting them specifically in the future. They charged me exactly what was quoted and ultimately made our move easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Accurate Moving, for their friendly, professional, and low cost moving.

I purchased this service as a special coupon online for 6 hours not knowing what it would be like but really liking the price. I was only moving 6 blocks and didn't want to pay a lot of money for the move. It seemed like a good idea. On the day of the move I got two separate phone calls from the movers letting me know they were stuck on 401 (who hasn't been there??). I appreciated not having to wonder or call to see what was causing the delay. Andrew and Mike arrived ready to work. They explained when they would "start the clock" on the 6 hours and what would happen if it went over. I was really concerned about an antique cabinet with curved glass. They showed me how they intended to wrap/transport it and were good at putting my fears to rest. The move went well and they were friendly, speedy, and very careful with my belongings. They were able to move my entire two bedroom house inside of the 6 hour coupon. I unpacked everything and not one single thing was broken or damaged. The total price for the entire service was well below what other companies charge. Accurate has a great combination of quality to price.

I did a lot of research before choosing a moving company, since I'd never used a mover before and heard about bad stories, etc. So I found Accurate Movers and called to make an appointment for a walk through. Igor came to my apartment (on-time), was very professional, gave me a time and written cost estimate, and answered my questions. He assured me it wouldn't take long for my 2 bedroom house even though they have a 3 hour minimum, but I made sure to have everything ready to go on moving day. Fast forward to moving day, Alex and Andrew arrived on time, were very nice and checked things out logistically first before they got started. They provided 4 wardrobe boxes, which was really awesome because I needed every one and by the time I was done with the clothes, I was surprised to see they had gotten a good start and taken a lot out already. I thought I had a lot of heavy stuff and felt bad that they had to go down a flight of stairs and a ways to the truck but they handled everything really well. It took them only 2 hours to load up, I actually got kind of bored/tired because they were so efficient. They followed me to the new place, and got right to unloading. Much faster. They got everything in and made sure the furniture was where I wanted it. Total time, just over 4 hours. I would definitely recommend Accurate Movers, the cost was within my budget and they did a great job with my move. Also after I had unpacked everything there was no damages or scratches found, great team work.,

Oh boy, these guys saved my sanity, Moving couldn't have come at a more inconvenient time- super busy with work and lots of traveling, no time to plan or pack, no wiggle room on move-out date... it was time to call in the professionals. Mike emailed me a check list of how they wanted everything packed for best efficiency, and even offered their packing service, as well, which totally saved me. They provided lots of boxes to supplement our meager supply. On moving day it poured rain, but those guys- Igor, Tim and Andrew did everything with a smile. I couldn't believe how much STUFF they packed into that truck! Practically EVERYTHING from our 2 bedroom house, plus our 1 car garage full of boxes and random small furniture. They even brought several wardrobe boxes, which were a godsend for packing all my costumes. The only thing that didn't go into the truck was a pile of things I had set aside that were too delicate or odd-shaped to pack. Our new place has a crazy steep driveway, and in the rain they managed to BACK the truck up there and get everything loaded into the house in no time. At the end of it, drenched to the bones, movers were still smiling and totally upbeat. I've never used movers before, but I don't think I'll ever go back to the old way of renting a truck and doing it myself. Accurate Movers are real people who care and who provide a great service, call them, you’ll be happy.

After my experience with Accurate Movers I had to give them a great review which they deserve. I had 1 day to move out of my home, which was a daunting task. If it wasn't for Accurate and their AMAZING employees I never would have gotten it done. Andrew was assigned to assist me with my move which was not going to be easy. My home consists a spiral staircase, and stairs out to the street. Andrew didn't bat an eye. He knew I was under extreme time constraints and did everything he could to help me get this done. When we returned to the Storage to check in and get my unit he sent me inside to do my paperwork. By the time I got back to the truck it was almost all unloaded by himself and his co worker Mike. They had already managed to pack half of my belongings into my unit without me lifting a finger. With the small space they had to work with they made it all fit perfectly all with a smile on their faces. I could NOT have done this without them, and am beyond grateful for their help. Highly recommend these guys and the company overall, I am now a very happy customer who well spread the good word.

I have moved 4 times in the past 6 years and 2 of the times I moved myself and the other 2 I had movers. It has always been a horrible experience, whether I did it myself (exhausting) or whether I had movers (hidden charges, damage, etc)... until now. This time we went with Accurate, we got 2 movers to help us move and the 2 guys we got were EXCELLENT!! They packed everything with care and speed. They got the entire place loaded in 4 hours, and unloaded in 3... what made this entire experience so great was we were moving into our first home (a brand new home) and I was worried about damage, especially to the stairway because of the size of our furniture and the tightness of the stairway area... NO DAMAGE to the walls or furniture, not even a mark!! All in all this was a great experience and I really appreciate the professionalism and quality of the work!! I attribute it all to the guys we got helping us, Igor and Tim. If you are looking to move please call Accurate they will amaze you with their quality of work.

We used Accurate’s services last week to move from our home in Downtown TO to a house in Toronto. Andrew was very helpful and flexible with us as we tried to coordinate our move during the hot week. He was very prompt and was quick to answer my e-mails. We hired 3 guys for our two-bedroom place and they were able to get everything packed, loaded, and delivered to our new house with no issues. It was amazing how fast they worked without making a dent on the walls or furniture! We had scheduled them to come and move at 2:00 PM but they called us on the moving day to notify us that they can actually come and start moving stuff for us at 1:00!!! The movers were polite with little awkward small talk. When unloading everything at the new place, they were very attentive to the fragile items and instead of just dumping everything in one room, moved everything in exactly where we wanted it. The guys were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I were busy with work and we needed a moving company that could pack everything for us, move us, and unpack all of the boxes. Accurate Movers packed up our entire house starting at 7 a.m. on a Saturday, and had us completely moved into our new house by 4: p.m. They came back Sunday morning to unpack boxes and finished in less than 2 hours. That is crazy fast! When we moved to Thornhill it took us a week to pack everything up and who knows how long to unpack all of the boxes. The rates were vey reasonable as well. We paid slightly less than $2,000, and that included all the packing, moving, and unpacking, as well as all of the boxes, paper to wrap things, tape, etc. (you can provide your own boxes and such, but we opted not to). That was much less than we thought we would have to spend to get a full-service move! In addition to reasonable rates, both the guys who packed and unpacked our boxes and the men who moved everything were super professional and on time, which is very rare for movers! In fact, we weren't supposed to actually be moved until the Sunday after the Saturday that our boxes were being packed, but they finished so early that they asked us if we just wanted them to move our stuff on Saturday since they had a truck available. How many times have you had movers who actually got you moved earlier than you expected? At the end of the day I was completely impressed with every aspect of the service and their pricing. I would like to thank Accurate Movers for coming out on short notice when my other movers completely turned me down. I called Accurate in a bit of a panic after my movers no called/no showed on me on the day I planned on moving. I read the reviews here and it seemed like they were the best choice for me to make These guys were fantastic! Andrew and Tim showed up right on time and we got down to business. Normally when I move on my own, I'm a grump the whole time, but these guys were cheery and upbeat the entire time, despite the fact that I lived on the 2nd floor. They got everything out of my place in under few hours and they even helped load up the pickup I needed packed with boxes going to a different location than storage. These guys had everything done in a 4 hours and even sat down afterwards for a cup of coffee, they were just GOOD PEOPLE! Rest assured that next time I need to move I wont even be thinking who to call, Accurate will be on my Speed dial.
