If you need to move give them a call and talk to Igor, I don't know if he is like this with all of his clients, All I can say he is the only person I talked to and I talked with over 6 moving companies before I made my decision, he made me feel like he really cares about my personal needs, he worked with me on the payments, explained the process to the smallest detail, But overall was so informative and nice to talk to. Apart of one of the best prices I got, the service is just amazing.The furniture was delivered quickly and carefully, the crew is also very professional and kind, Give them a try, I'm glad I did. Igor was correct, the service was great and he definitely stood behind his word. Thank you.

Wanted to take a few minutes and thank Accurate Movers for amazing work. I was searching day and night for movers, heard horror stories about unscrupulous movers and disasters happening to people who hired the wrong mover. I was so happy I found these rave reviews about Accurate and contacted them and left a message. I got a call back under 10 minutes and the sales rep explained to me in details the step by step process of my upcoming. Thank you so much for the hard work, for the time spent with me on the phone and for the actual work done for my move. I am so happy and fortunate to have had the move done by Accurate Movers. Accurate Movers should rename rename themselves to Amazing Movers.Moving couldn't have been simpler, cleaner, more courteous or more efficient than if I had rubbed a magic lamp and made Genie do it him/herself. Mega props (and many thanks) to Mike who squeezed me in for a quick move at the end of March. The guys brought coffee with them and worked no stop for 7 hours straight.That sort of customer service should win awards. They were a very hardworking team that I will recommend to my friends

We are so glad that we went with Accurate Moving, Igor sent us Mike and Alex, who were fantastic, and they showed up on the earlier side of our quoted time window. They worked really quickly to get all our furniture protected and packed in the truck. One of the largest pieces I had, an older framed mirror, they handled with care and put forth an extra effort to try to fit it in to my new place. Although I didn't ask them they offered to hang it up, I was surprised that they had the right tools and within 30 min it was hanging in my new living room. Afterward they drove with me out of town to pick up even more furniture. On top of being excellent movers, they were also really nice guys, and we were very happy with their work. We had some coffee afterwards and they even gave me a 10% discount. Great people to do business with.

It's hard to find a moving company that you can trust with your personal belongings and I'm very glad that I went with Accurate Movers. Great service from start to finish. I worked with a young man named Mike for a long distance move from Kingston to Toronto and he was amazingly helpful. Mike made himself very accessible and answered all my questions about the process! The rate was very reasonable for a move of that distance. The moving team who picked up and delivered my items was extremely nice and professional. My items were picked up on a Sunday and delivered on the following Monday. I was notified beforehand when my things would be picked up and delivered and my schedule and availability was definitely considered. There was no hidden fees and all of my furniture was delivered without a scratch. Since then my other friend had also used Accurate from my recommendations and had the same great experience.

I used Accurate about a year ago and was happy that they were able to accommodate my needs again 2 weeks ago for a move from Richmond Hill to North York. Moving is a pain in the neck for many of us and the company staff was flexible and understanding when the realty agency did not provide me with the house keys on time. The Accurate team work very well under pressure, did not freak out when I called with a potential change of plans at the last minute. Instead, they provided options and always looked out for my best interest to keep my costs down. They had done an excellent job at packing furniture and once I unpacked everything was intact. Igor and Andrew were great for this move. Prompt arrival, very positive attitude, flexible and good listeners. They wanted to make sure all boxes were placed in their appropriate rooms. They also did a great job at assembling furniture, which is a pain to do, and Accurate did it in a snap, probably for a third of the time that I would do it in.

I wanted to leave a feedback because in the past I was burned by choosing some random guys from Craigslist and Kijiji. So, this time around I asked around and did my research. One of my colleagues at work used Accurate Movers a 6 months ago for his move and was super happy. Their online testimonials and references checked out as well so I decided to give them a try. Looking back I am very happy with my decision - they showed up on time, carefully and professionally packed my stuff, they had no problem with my really heavy cabinets and my oak dinner table They carried my stuff up and down the different floors, also they were making sure that they won't cause any damage to my stuff, in the apartment and in the hallway either. Professionally packed items made it to final destination without any scratches, nothing got broken, no item got lost. After all I got to tell you the time that I spent checking them out and the fact that my colleague recommended them to me in the first place all worked out great, now I can tell you that you can use them and be stress free about your moving.

This is not the only time I use this guys they are awesome, I own 3 houses in the GTA area and have used 3 different moving companies. But this company is by far the best service I have received. They turned up on time and moved all my delicate furniture with no fuss at all. Igor seemed to be the leader of the crew and he was the most polite guy I have met in a long time, his team ran up and down 2 flights of stairs with ease and most of the time carrying more that one box and item. I have used various other company's and these guys really are value for money, I even gave them a substantial tip which is totally not like me. But hats off to these guys- they are truly pros at what they do. This was my 2nd time using them and I definitely will use them again. Thanks fellows

I love using Homestars. I use it all the time but I've never actually taken the time to write a review. I suppose you could say I've never been "moved" to do so, that is until I hired Accurate Movers! So prior to hiring Accurate I had always moved my own stuff, with the help of family and friends. On this occasion, my relocation was a bit sudden, which left me with very little time to get a crew. But perhaps the biggest hurdle was the location. I moved to north york into one of the highrises. The moving elevator was quite small and we had to make a million trips to get my stuff to my floor. In any case the process was smooth. I got a confirmation phone call the date prior, as well as one in the morning, and one when the movers were en route. My movers were Andrew and Igor. Two strapping young gentlemen, emphasis on the word gentlemen. They were very courteous, helpful, and efficient! They moved me out of my storage space in under 2 hours with everything in tact. We traveled a few minutes to my place where they rolled up their sleeves and ascended, then descended, then ascended...you get the picture. The guys even offered to help me move things I had stored in my car as well as help arrange the furniture they had just moved in. Over all the money spent was well worth it, it was a great pleasure having them help me move.

We had a great experience with these guys. Our movers called us about an hour early letting us know that they were ahead of schedule, so we could start early if we wanted to. We opted to do so, and within 15 minutes they were at our door. After a quick look through of what was going to be moved, they just went at it. Guys from Accurate worked very hard and didn't seem to waste any time at all. The whole process only took 7 hours for a 3 bedroom house, which we were definitely pleased by. The movers were very professional and careful with all of our items, and put everything where we directed them to. The best part was that we had gotten the lowest price from Accurate then we did from all the other movers that we talked to. Their price and quality is superb.
