Mounted boiler directly to uneven stone wall. Should have been mounted to a plywood back plate as per manufacturer instructions. Caused enclosure to twist and produce large vibration noise. Also instructions call for 2 pumps Installed . One before and one after the boiler. Only one was installed. They have been here 3 times to tell me we will think about it only to have nothing resolved. I wouldn't hire this company to light a tea light. Do not employ under any circumstances.

We have our aircon and furnace serviced by Aire One (2800 John Street, Markham) for several years and are very happy with the professional, friendly and helpful service of technician, Yan. IN order to utilize the federal rebate, we decided to install a heat pump. Yan reviewed and advised us on the details. Several days later, technicians TooFun and Sevi came to install the equipment. They were very professional, friendly and worked non-stop. Very impressed with the service. Thanks, Aire One Markham.

Booked a preventative maintenance appointment for our furnace/air conditioner and only have excellent things to say. Our technician Thomas was professional, courteous, and approachable. Will definitely recommend this service to anyone... and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for such great service today!

Completely unprepared inexperienced installers. 3 guys 11 hours and very poor work quality. Sales rep would not return my calls. They brought outside contractors in from Toronto and during negotiations I specifically stated, NO outside contractors.

Moe and Gur proficiently and quickly installed a bonding wire for my furnace. They were polite and friendly; they did the work very professionally.

Purchased a furnace and central air unit , I have had to have a technician come out to service the central air unit every year. I even had to have another company come out to fill due to a slow leak. 400 dollar cost twice previously due to unavailability. Tried to rectify before the warranty was up and still have not had the issue rectified. Brand new unit has been a great disappointment.

We wanted to take advantage of the federal rebate for a hybrid heat pump/furnace as our furnace was on its last legs. Grant came in to do maintenance on our furnace initially and confirmed that it was to our benefit to do it sooner rather than later. I One week later, Perry and Adam came in to do the install and were exceptionally professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. I felt like we were well taken care of and I'm so glad we made the choice to go with Aire One West. I highly recommend them if you need a new install!
