    Replace Furnance / Air Conditioner

    Air One replaced the furnace with a top of the line Lennox and Air Conditioner. Generally it has been working fine, however I keep having an error msg on the thermostat (which was also purchased from Air One and top of the line). I have called Air One and they say that nothing is wrong and that they don't know where there is an error. I have to admit, everything is working fine, however should there really be an error msg? They also said that the product was so new, that they did not have the expertise on it. So why sell something you don't know anything about. Warranty is only extended if you purchase their annual maintenance which is around $230 per year.

    bought a furnance from aire one that was not installed properly

    We got a new furnance from aire one. Within 4 years our new furnace was scrap metal. Instead of installing the furnace on blocks , they installed it right on the damp floor of our damp basement ( where everything else is on blocks) . The furnace rusted right apart. We are fortunate that the house didn't burn down!!! Aire One took NO responsibility for this and we recieved no recompense what so ever.

    Furnace Fantastico

    I replaced my 18 years old furnace this summer with Aire One. I saw their ad in one of the local papers and though the ad is too good to be true. But as my third quote I called them to simply compare with the other quotes. When I called the lady on the phone pleasantly passed me to the sales person to book an appointment with. Joesph, my sales person, arrived on time and asked me what I wanted to accomplish. He took the time to explain in details despite the fact that I was just looking for a price comparison. To my surprise what the ad had promised, Joseph delivered. To my further surprise I bought a new furnace and AC from Aire One and it is running great. I left the house to the technicians in the morning and when I came home from work it was all done! I would recommend Aire One to anyone looking for furnace and air conditioner. good luck in your shopping, Sean

    Furnace, air conditioner, water heater

    Top of the line quiet Carrier furnace, air cleaner, thermostat, air conditioner and J.H. Woods water hear. $10 000.00 minus the $1200 rebate from a combination of carrier and provincial government. The whole process was very smooth. A very nice and neat job was done. Heck they even re-taped all of my duct joints. Installed at the end of June we are already seeing savings on the electrical and gas bills and the mechanical room is a whole lot quieter so that I can enjoy my TV viewing. Thanks Aire One

    new furnace

    I just want post online that I had great experience with aireone. My new carrier is heating my home as I write this message. The team at aireone were great.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner installed

    Our experience with the company was positive from the moment we walked in the door. The sales person was personable and interested in our needs. The installers were professional and witty.

    Install Furnace & A/C unit

    I had them install a new furnace and a/c unit for me. The installation team did a good job, however, the pre and post work was poor. Their guy that came to quote on the job did not communicate the right details to the team regarding my electrical setup & where I had requested the A/C unit to be outside. Consequently, I had to call them repeatedly for post service, finally having them out to top up the refridgerant because of the longer run lines to the A/C unit, which was not in the location the install team expected it to be.

    Sales rep was knowledgable & professional. appointments made kept follow up done, very helpful with making informed choices. Installers on time and professional. They worked diligently to complete the task in a timely manner. Operation of new equipment clearly explained. Work space kept clean.

    Do Not Honour Parts and Labour Warranty

    I replaced my furnace and airconditioner at the same time with Aire One and signed up for their "comprehensive parts and labour warranty" - which assured me no charge parts and labour coverage as long as I subscribed to their annual maintenance plan. Recently my air conditioner was not cooling properly and after some testing it was determined that the evaporator coil had sprung a leak. I was forced to pay for the coil even though I was compliant with the agreement. The manager Mario is pretty rude and was absolutely unwilling on compromise on this even though the evaporator coil was not mentioned in any of the exclusions under the contract. My advise to home owners is either do not use these guys, but if you do make them amend their contract to clearly state any exclusions from the warranty.

You are right the Aire One does offer a 10 Years parts and labour warranty plan, which is valid for 10 years once the required annual maintenance is performed. Your furnace and air conditioner were installed in July 2001 and our records show that you did indeed have the maintenance performed annually. However as mentioned the warranty was a 10-year warranty and July 2011 completed the 10 years. Your evaporator coil was replaced in August 2011 therefore it would not have been covered under warranty.

    Furnace & AC Installation

    I found these folks to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Well pleased with the job. They handled all my concerns whether they were just my questions or any issues I may have encountered. I would deal with them again if necessary.
