    Heating and Air Inspection/Estimate

    Recently I was shopping around for the new heater and air conditioner, so I've called several companies including [competitor's name removed--Ed} in order to find the best deal. The Aire One consultant was very knowledgeable, explained all the details and gave us lots of valuable advises. He was able to give us a very good price and beat all the competitors. It was very positive experience that save us thousands of dollars.

    cleaning and service

    I recently changed my servicing of my furnace to Aire One. I am pleased to see that the service is much more personalized compared to Direct Energy. They responded quickly and the technician was very nice and efficient.

    Installed Home Furnace & Air Conditioning

    They did the work fast. They were very efficient. All of the workers were knowledgeable and professional. The price was very good and comparable to other companies. They were punctual.

    Equipment Replacement

    Very good company to deal with. Installed a Carrier furnace and new outside Air Conditioner. Justin was easy to deal with and explained all our options and helped us sort out the rebates. There was a little mixup on the rebates, but they sorted it out for me and got us our full amount.

    furnace and a/c

    We had a furna and a/c installed by aire one, everything when the way we expected it to go, from the selling point to the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

    Air Conditioner, Humidifier and Air Cleaner

    We had a cerntral air, a humidifier and an aircleaner installed by this company a few months ago. We really recommend this company to the people who live in the York Region. My wife phoned first to enquire about their products and prices. A salesperson answered the phone and followed that by coming to our house and fully explained in great detail what the company can offer us (as well as an educational explanation of how the equipment we were purchasing operated). We were very impressed with him. Another employee was very helpful and considerate when my wife called for the second time with some concerns we had. Two gentlemen did the installation. We couldn't be happeir with the great job they did. They were neat, orderly and very respectful. All our questions were answered with a great deal of patience on their part. We won't hesitate to tell all our friends and family (as well as the people we meet), that they should consider making a purchase from Aire One.?

    Furnace

    I neede to service my furnace and my neighbour rcommended Aire One. Mike teh werviceperson shoed up on about 2.45 Am January 1st adn could not locate part for my 26 years olf furnace. Based on my neighbour recommendation I pruchase a new furnace (which cost $730 less then same brand ) from Aire One aqnd was installed next day. I just want to recommend Mike (Service person)whom was very friendly and Aire One.

    replacing air conditioner and furnace

    This company seems to focus on the sales and not the service. I found our saleperson very "used car like" but very knowledgable. Considering we had a big sale he was quite cool and not very personable. Other than his knowledge, I don't know how he was considered one of their best sales reps. After the installation, we had some problems which were not getting the attention we wanted and thought we could call our sales rep. I was astonished as to how abrupt and rude he was. SALES was his only focus.

    High-Efficiency Furnace Installation

    We had a high-efficiency furnace installed, replacing a 30-year-old mid-efficiency furnace, in August. The installation itself took two full days, during which the installers knocked a two square foot hole in our foundation (that they didn't even attempt to fill) and made a disaster area our of our basement (that they didn't even try to clean up). When they said they were done, they turned on the heat and it ran for 30 seconds or so before none of us could stand it any longer. Worked the first time. Second time, not so much. We turned it on once the weather started to get colder (day before Thanksgiving) and found that it wouldn't come on. We called and called and called for a week before they sent someone out to see what the problem was. Turned out to be the installer again. He managed to figure out that the igniter wasn't igniting the gas. He took the part and left, saying he would get the new part. From the sounds of things, he took the part, dropped it on somebody's desk up at Aire One and didn't leave much of a note. Another day later, now our fifth day without heat, we started calling again, trying to find out what the hell is going on. Turned out they didn't have any igniters in stock (a furnace company?) and that the had to order it. The following Friday, after a week without heat, we finally had a tech come and install the new igniter. Heat was back on. Perfect. As the weather crept down below zero, we found that the heat would sometimes work, sometimes not. And that there was a real gurgling noise coming out of the pipes outside. Turns out that the pipes were not installed at enough of an angle for them to drain properly,and now there was enough water in them to block the pipe entirely. Then, as the water dipped below freezing, it would block the pipe completely. So, no heat again. Plus a hole in the foundation that you could shove a small child though, that I had to fill myself. They've sent out the installer to have a look at it again and I'll update this review depending on the result.

    High Efficiency furnace

    Hi, This is information about heating company AireOne (Mississauga office). I had a lot of trouble after new high efficiency furnace was bought there. I’ve included some pictures which show the quality of their work. The problems with installation, shown on pictures, have been fixed eventually, however, it took a lot of efforts and time to force them to do it. Also AireOne didn’t return some money they were supposed and promised to return. Matthew Arbab and Mario Vaghei (from Mississauga office) were contacted many times, and I was told the money will be returned, but this never happened. One time Mario Vaghei said that the cheque has been already sent to me, but it was not true. And now he says – come to my office and get it, if you want (catch me if you can…). This is not a question about money only, but mostly how AireOne “cares” about their customers. I think, this info would help some people to make a right choice when they are going to buy a new furnace and/or A/C. Regards, Valeri Lechtchev Mississauga
