Rod of Kasa Bella was efficient and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure our project was done right and on time. This included an additional day of work to make sure the kitchen floor was leveled properly and supervising the installation of our new kitchen counter. He has a good eye for detail and makes helpful design suggestions, while still respecting the client's choices. Rod was all business and no drama. His work is high quality and we would definitely recommend him/Kasa Bella to friends.

Somewhat of a complicated job given the existing in-floor radiant heating which we had hoped to salvage but quickly realized was not possible. Rodrigo was able to quickly assess the situation, provide alternate courses of action and once a decision was made, quickly lined up the necessary additional resources to complete the job as quickly as possible. Another fabulous job by Rodrigo! Rodrigo has done a number of jobs in our home in the past 3 years. Most recently, we called him in to do a demoliton of a tiling job that was very poorly done by a general contracting company who was in charge of completing our entire basement, having insisted on using their crews for all the work to be done. The tile setters they used did a terrible job, as the 'before photos' show. We called in Rodrigo right away. He worked his magic: demolished the existing tile, down to the original framing/ concrete... arranged for his drywaller to come in and re-drywall the shower (thank you Eduardo) and tiled the washroom floor and shower stall, including niche and ceiling. So happy to say, the washroom tiles look fantastic! Thank you Rodrigo for saving the day-- we highly recommend Rodrigo A

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH RODRIGO'S PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND COMPETIVE PRICING.THE INSTALLATION WENT OFF AS PROMISED AND WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE FINISHED RESULTS. Rodrigo is not only a tile laying expert. He helps with design, tile and grout selection, etc. The whole nine yards. I can't thank him enough for the job he has done.

I found Kasa Bella through Home Stars and was impressed with the reviews from previous clients. I contacted Rodrigo and gave him an overview of the work to be done. Rodrigo was flexible with his schedule and was able to meet at the site to do a detailed assessment of the project. He explained in detail which materials would be used which happened to be the best on the market. We agreed to a price and start date. Rodrigo showed up as scheduled fully prepared and started the job.I was on site everyday watching and talking to Rodrigo who was always professional, polite,friendly as he explained what he was doing each step of the way. Rodrico paid keen attention to detail and he never continued unless each tile was laid perfectly. He had to use a large and heave porcelain tile 18" X 36" however it was clear to see that he was highly skilled. He completed the entire ground floor 1200 Sq ft and 4 large bathrooms. Everyone who visit the site including contractor expressed how impressed they were with his job. I am 100% happy with the work that Rodrigo do and wuld recommend him to my friends and family and I would certainly use hi again. Thanks for the amazing job Rodrigo

My wife and I had Rodrigo install a natural quartz backsplash in our kitchen. Rodrigo did an amazing job installing it, and when he was done, it was like he was never there. Reasonably priced too! Thanks Rodrigo!

Kasa Bella (KB) was recommended to me by a good friend who had recently used KB, so I booked them well in advance to ensure I could use him in our new home that was under construction. Rodrigo was amazing. He completed 2 full baths, a Floor to Ceiling Fireplace, as well as a "Mud/Laundry" Room, all with perfection. His touch was definitely what set it apart from "average" professionals. KB was easy to work with our Builder (who also commented on his GREAT WORK), and his timelines. Rodrigo was great to work with our end-goal and was also creative in suggesting possibilities that made it exceptional. KB was the perfect example of a job that was "above and beyond" anything we could have expected. We will be using him again, in the near future for Backsplash and Basement bathroom, without any doubt ! If you want a quality job, Kasa-Bella should be one of your top considerations! I recently moved to new home and needed someone to do my kitchen backsplash. I purchased relatively expansive italian tile and wanted to make sure that contractor is not going to butcher it. Rodrigo had pretty good reviews on homesteads and I decided to give him a call. Rodrigo returned my VM quickly, gave me reasonable estimate and booked me for next week. He came on time, was very professional and covered floors with drop sheets. His workmanship is pretty good, but not perfect. Quality of tile joints is so so, many tiles are misaligned and on the different level. It looks good overall, if you are not paying attention to details. I expected more to be honest, considering that his price wasn't the cheapest. Would I hire him again? Probably not. Should you hire him? Decide for yourself.
