    3 Large tree removal and hedge pruning

    Alexander tree care is a company I will use again. They know their stuff and Alex is a man of his word. They are friendly, reliable and trust worthy. I got quotes from several tree companies and they were the most reasonable. They get a 10 from me!

    Stump Removal

    The crew was here for about an hour to grind a 3' maple stump in our back yard. They were very professional and levelled out the area of the grinding. They left my lawn area spotless and even the driveway was blown clean. I will highly recommend this company for any and all of your tree service requirements.

    Tree removal

    These guys are: careful, productive, polite and tidy. I had no safety concerns watching them work - extremely safety conscious.

    Trimming an old maple

    We contracted with Mr Alexander to trim dead branches from an old maple. The quote was $900. Mr Alexander suggested removing a large branch from another maple for $300 extra. He said the job would take about 6 hours. He postponed the date once. On the date he came we told him just to trim the dead branches as we originally wanted. He was about three hours. When finished, he wanted $1200. I said that he had quoted $900, but he insisted the job was $1200. I did not want a fight so I reluctantly agreed. In future, Mr Alexander, keep your promise!

    We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and we are having difficulties recollecting the experience you had described using our tree service without providing more details. We have reviewed our records and there is no evidence of any invoice ( contract ) bearing any resemblance to the work that has taken place. Please let it be known that each customer has the right to refuse making payment beyond what was contracted for. On many occasions a customer will request extra work be done while tree work is taking place. We would never demand more unless it was agreed to in advance by both parties. The amount of time spent on tree work is hard to quantify at any given time because each case is unique unto itself and is not the sole factor determining cost. Additionally, we have been closed for the season since the beginning of December 2022. We are curious and confused why you have waited until now to write your review.     Large Tree removal

    Alexander tree company performed above expectations. I had 2 very large trees (larger then the house). No other company that I contacted wanted todo the job. I am so please with their performance in reference in doing exactly what they said they were going todo. They cleaned up nicely after the job was done. I can recommend them to anyone who wants a top job done. Elly De Winne

    Tree removal

    I'll start by saying that I hired 2 other tree services before Alexander. One didn't show and the other started the job, but needed to stop because he wasn't capable. The tree that I needed "trimmed" was an old over grown Silver Maple and its branches (the size of most trees) went over 3 back yards, fences, and mine and my neighbors roof (semi-detached house). Alexander did an amazing job. He was on time for the quote and for the day he did the work. Everything went as he planned and you could tell by the way he handled the tree he knows exactly what he's doing. He removed all the wood after and left the area clean. He's the only person I would call for this type of work!

    Tree raising and hedge trimming

    Alex did a great job trimming our hedges and raising up the maple tree in our backyard. He is very knowledgeable about trees and always knows how to do the work in the best way. He does a really thorough clean-up of the yard after the work is done. We have used his services several times in the past and were always very happy with them.

    Cedar Hedge Trimming

    Alex did a great job trimming our 20ft. tall cedar hedge. The hedge was overgrown and overdue for a good trimming. It now looks much cleaner and has improved the look of our backyard space. He also cleaned up a couple of beech trees impeding on the cedar hedge. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the work and will definitely have Alex back in the future.

    Removal of large Blue Spruce Treebrownservices@ in small backyard

    Requested a quote on March 30. Received it on March 31st (fair price for removing tree and stump grinding)). Completed all work on April 2nd! Very impressed with Alex and crew. Maintained their safe distancing in these tough timesand worked safely in limited space! Did a great job and was really impressed with their clean up of not only my yard bit the street area as well. I would highly recommend Alexander Tree Care for any tree work you might have! Don
