    Great Service, Reliable Company

    Frank was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We had a crack in our cold room/foundation, and he was able to provide two quotes so that we had options to choose from. He and the team were reliable, and stuck to the schedule that they gave us in terms of deadlines and timelines. He even ensured that the garden are that was dug up due to the work, was saved to the best of his abilities. I would gladly recommend

    Foundation Crack

    I recently got Frank at Ace Waterproofing to address the foundation crack in our basement for water leak,and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They thoroughly assessed the problem, explained the solution clearly, and executed the job flawlessly. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and clean up was pretty good as if nothing happened. the service was top-notch. Thanks to Frank and his partner at Ace Waterproofing. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of waterproofing solutions. Five stars all the way!

    Top notch work

    Referred by my wife's family for work completed on their place. Frank tackled 2 sides of our leaking foundation and patched it up superbly. Professional attitude, accurate quote, and cleaned up after the work. I referred him to my family for another job.

    Basement Waterproofing

    In Spring of 2023 we had a basement leak due to a crack in our basement wall near one of our window wells. Frank and his team are well known in my neighborhood of West Rouge, and they were recommend to us to fix this crack. Frank came in and found a second crack on the other side of the basement. He explained the solutions available to us and gave us a very reasonable quote within a quick timeline. The scope included trenching outside the house to 9' below grade, filling in the cracks, renewing damaged weeping tiles, installing dimple boards and new window wells, back filling the earth and filling in new clean gravel. He was very mindful of our sprinkler system and our new stone walkway. Its been nearly a year and we've not had a leak since! I would recommend Ace Waterproofing to anybody whole-heartedly!

    Leaking Basement

    I recently had an unfortunate call from my tenants that there was a leak in the basement. For those that have got that call they can understand the stress you go through. Thankfully I found Ace Waterproofing. I must say their service and expertise left me thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, Frank demonstrated exceptional professionalism, reliability. Furthermore the team at Ace Waterproofing displayed high level professionalism throughout the project. They maintained a clean and organized work environment, minimizing any disruptions to my tenants. Their respect for my property were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Ace Waterproofing.

    Basement Water Leak

    Noticed water in the unfinished side of the basement. Even though some of the water coming from the middle of the room and no wet section on the walls, 3 contractors suggested to dig outside and check for cracks /malfunctioning weeping tile. Frank was referred to me by a friend and he immediately know water is coming from under the house. Completed the job in 2 days (dug around the room, installed weeping tiles, connected to sum pump). His job is very clean and cleaned up after himself very well - couldn't even tell any digging was done when job was completed. Knowledgeable, explains every step, reasonable price, very clean and prompt. Would recommend to family friends 100%

    Excellent Work Done Promptly

    We had water accumulating in a window well. I sent a message to Homestars and Frank at Ace Waterproofing responded in 5 minutes. He came the next day to check the situation and two days later he and his son did the work in a way that is appropriate for our property. He's very knowledgeable about drainage and waterproofing and he does excellent work. I'm very satisfied and definitely recommend Ace Waterproofing.

    He did French drain and pad

    Waterproofing Foundation in Basement

    Frank and his team are amazing, they were professional, neat and did an amazing job fixing another contractors mistake. Frank and his team answered any questions we had quickly and finished the job on time and on budget.
