DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Use someone else. They will lie about pricing and results and waste your time. They are not reliable trustworthy people and the quality of their work is extremely poor.

Do not trust Damian, Matthew or anyone from Spring Man Canada. Look carefully at the Google reviews for this company, there are many documented cases of dishonest behavior, bad work, and broken promises. I had a signed contract and agreed price to begin work, I paid a 50% deposit to acquire materials, I shook hands with Damian he said he would start in 2 weeks. A day before he is supposed to start he starts trying to increase the price by 30-40% claiming material prices have increased and that he cant do the job. We already gave him deposit to buy materials, not my problem. A bunch of lies. After weeks of extensive back and forth trying to have him honor our agreed contract, I gave up and asked for my money to be refunded. It took more than a month for him to refund my money for a job he never even started. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company completely. Do not trust anything they tell you. Even signed agreements mean nothing to these people.

Overall, the work was decent and completed on time. However, there were some issues that needed fixing and Damian promised to come back and take care of it, but despite many follow-ups, that hasn’t happened. It’s disappointing because the initial experience was positive, but the lack of follow-through has affected my overall impression.

Initial estimate changed - add 300 for sod pins. They don’t cost that much Damian. End of day - one pallet of sod was left on My driveway. It is extra from tomorrow’s job. It didn’t make sense. I guess I was a bit foolish accepting the end result

They installed took out our old fencing and installed new fencing. They were very responsive to any questions or adjustments that needed to be made. Would recommend them to anyone.

My job was not huge but they listened and made me feel they really cared about what I was looking for. They showed up were professional and were quick and efficient. I am super impressed with their work and will use them again and make I tell other of this great company. Thank you Damian and SPC!
