New roof with high end Malarkey shingles. Crew was careful and cleaned the job site around the house when they were done. Flashing over the front door was a little rough, but JP himself came back and fixed it up. JM was patient with the quote, took his time and explained the options to us. We are very happy with the job, and especially the quick fix with the only issue. (This is often how you really see how a company stand behind their work!)

I just had my shingles replaced by an excellent roofing Contactor, Lemay Roofing . The first thing that impressed me, was the detailed estimate they provided which included all the different roofing materiels, they planned to use, such as ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, valley flashing, starter strips, moss prevention strips, hip and ridge shingles as well as Owens Corning True Definition Lifetime shingles. They also planned to install better roof vents, and replace the wood stove chimney flashing. The work was then completed exactly as promised, over a two day period, by a cheerful hard working crew, who were pleased to explain all the different steps they were undertaking. I would highly recommend Lemay Roofing.

In Highlands County Florida finding a local, qualified roofer after hurricane IRMA was nearly impossible. And many roofers escalated prices. I decided to take a homeowner permit. After we removed the old shingles, replaced deteriorated sheathing, nailed sheathing to meet the newest building codes and installed synthetic felt and drip edge we faced the most important segment of the job—installing new architectural shingles. At the end of July 2017, we contacted Lemay Roofing as well as three other roofing contractors to request estimates to have the shingles on our roof removed and replaced. All of the four estimates were between $4,100 and $4,800 with Lemay roofing being the slightly higher price. The Lemay Roofing sales person was the only roofing contractor who took the time to actually look into our attic to ensure there would be no surprises. He also took the time to explain the work required, the products available, and he provided us with a detailed written estimate during the visit. It was easy for us to choose Lemay Roofing to do the work because, in addition to the detailed estimate, they provided information about the Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Lifetime shingles and warranty. We were extremely happy with the work that Lemay Roofing did. We found that Lemay Roofing were excellent to deal with throughout the entire process: the detailed estimate, the removal of the old shingles and the installation of new shingles, site cleanup, and even their follow-up with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. In our opinion, this company is very professional and, despite being priced a little higher than the competition, they are fast and efficient, they have quality certified installers, products, and warranty. We would highly recommend Lemay Roofing to anyone looking to have their roof done.
