    New roof, ventilation & eavestrough

    Arthur and his entire team were a pleasure to deal with. They were professional, honest, extremely knowledgable and very friendly. They were the only roofing company who asked to see our attic to fully inspect the ventilation from both sides of the roof. As it turned, out our 68 year old attic was not properly ventilated, an issue that could potentially void the warranty on new shingles. The Roof Whisperer made us aware of this problem up front so we could plan for the added expense. They also installed eavestroughs on our detached garage (which were never there before). In the end, we now have a properly draining garage, properly ventilated attic, waterproof roof and gorgeous shingles. We highly recommend The Roof Whisperer.

    flat roofing repair

    Great people, easy to work with. Came in quick, did the job efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Chief whisperer Arthur is great, full of helpful advice and pointers for ongoing maintenance to help save a few bucks! Highly recommend if you have a flat roof that needs some work.

    New roof

    The asphalt shingles on my roof were rapidly disintegrating so I needed a new roof. This is the third time I have re-roofed the house in the 40+ years I have lived here and this was by far the most professional job. I was impressed with Ilir, the master roofer from Roof Whisperer. His team did a quick, thorough job and did a good clean-up. I confident this is the last roof I'll need.

    skylight replacement

    I had a few leaks over the winter, last one was so severe it came pouring like a flash flood destroying my pc. I was contemplating closing the skylight for good. I saw the good reviews they have here in Homestars and Jean was helpful in setting it all up. Arthur actually gave me an option and decided to keep the skylight with a rollerblind insert with remote to keep the room dark as this is also my bedroom. I am so happy now that it finished and would definitely use them again if the need arises in the future.

    Roofing

    I contacted Roof Whisperers because I saw they had done work on my neighbour's house. From my very first phone call I found them to be prompt and professional. Ilir and his team were real craftsmen in their work. Not only did he suggest shingles that were less expensive and of better quality than the cedar shingles I wanted, but at the end of each day they cleaned up debris and let me know the progress and when they would show up next. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing.

    Replacement of shingles

    Arthur and his team were really knowledgeable and helpful while performing the replacement of shingles at our house. The quote was accurate, the word was done promptly, they were really careful with the details and I definitely recommend The Rood Whisperer for any small or big project related to roofing.

    Roof vents and sound

    Because of the weather they weren't able to start work right away, however, they were in constant contact. When it warmed they came in got it done and came in less than the original quote.

    Ice Dam removal

    Last month I called The Roof Whisperer as I had a leak in my roof. My top floor was being flooded with was from the melting ice. The companies I called either could not make it in time or were not willing to do the work. The Roof Whisperer came within 2 hours of my call and were able to professionally remove and clean the roof. They also gave recommendation on what would be required when I do proceed to redo the roof. They were extremely professional, courteous and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof fixed professionally.

    Roof repairs

    We had a leak in our living room and childrens bedroom The Roof whisperer came by to take a look and give us a quote. He took pictures on his iphone of the problems so that I didn't have to climb a ladder to the roof. The estimate was a good price and they arrived within a week of my initial phone call. I liked that they kept me informed every step of the way and showed me the results via pictures when they were complete. Very professional and easy to talk to. I could tell them were honest and cared about the quality of their work.

    skylight

    I had a leaking skylight during some torrential rains. I called The Roof Whisperer after checking the reviews and finding out that they are certified installers. They were very responsive, presented options and all work was done as promised with no surprises. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Lorna Killam in the Beaches
