    Roof repair

    Arthur quickly identified the problem and promptly dispatched an employee to make the repair. The roofer who did the work was courteous and professional. Arthur was very thoughtful and willing to take the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done and to answer any questions I had.

    addition on roof

    arthur was responsive, explained things well, showed up when he said he would and did a good job. they also did this for a fair price. wish more people were like this!

    Flat Roof Repair and Replacement of 2 Skylights

    Arthur and his team are very professional and easy to work with. He answered all the questions we had and worked with our schedule to provide the best outcome. Our new skylight look great. When the time comes to replace the flat roof we will be looking to Arthur and the Roof Whisperer Team to help us out.

    Replace Skylight

    The roof whisper replaced a 30 year old skylight, quickly, neatly and left the grounds and the roof clean. They were the only company to show up at the agreed time to give a quote. The office staff (Jean) were friendly, courteous and personable, as were the crew that changed the skylight. I highly recommend their service, and they will definitely do my roof when the time comes!

    6 patch repair on triplex

    Brilliant Service! I found these folks on the web rated as #1 on various sites albeit I am sometimes sceptical of these ratings I called anyway. I am glad I called them; Brilliant service! They responded to my needs immediately. The on-site service provider was very pleasant and accommodating. It was forecasted to rain in the next 24 hours; The Roof Whisperer accommodated my needs and repaired my roof before the down pour. Highly recommend The Roof Whisperer!

    Flat Roof Repair

    As a building manager, the tenants are my clients and they are first priority. The team at The Roof Whisperer ensured me that as a client that my needs were first. Jean was the first point of contact, she put me at ease . Then Arthur , he communicated effectively what the problems were and offered more than 1 solution in resolving them. He was efficient, on time and to the point. He called back right away, then sent me quote by email within the hour and I didn't have to wait very long for the appointment either. On the day, they came in, they were very couteous and professional and were able get the job done within the time range estimated and with no interruptions. I would gladly recommend The Roof Whisperer!

    Skylight replacement

    It's always a pleasant surprise when a contractor answers the phone, shows up on time, and gets the job done efficiently. Arthur came over and actually went up on the roof to evaluate the situation. He thoroughly explained everything, and although we are in for a full roof replacement in the next short while, he offered up a few shorter term maintenance items, including replacement of a skylight whose seal had failed. Jean efficiently processed the quote and got things underway. After signing back the quote, they showed up within a few days and got the job done efficiently. We'll be sure to call them back when its time to replace the roof.

    Vents leaking on roof and repaired a section of rotten plywood

    Arrived on time, actually went on the roof to see what the problem was. Great communication via phone and email. Gave an itemized list as to what was to be done.

    Replaced leaking garage flat roof

    We have just had our leaking, flat garage roof replaced by Arthur, from the Roof Whisperer. From the very beginning, when he set up the appointment for the quote, until the job was completed, we were highly satisfied and impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, advice, and high standard of workmanship. A previous roofing company, who did our eaves troughs and sidings, unfortunately did not do a professional job, and Arthur kindly, without charge, repaired some of this messy workmanship. The site was left spotlessly clean. It has been a pleasure to do business with him, as he is so personable and charming and an absolute pleasure to work with. We strongly recommend that you use Arthur for your roof.

    Roof Flashing

    I hired this company to roof flashing for my new house. The company price was reasonable and the service superb. I am very pleased with the service provided by Arthur. Even when he came to provide the quote, he thoroughly checked the roof, the work to be done before providing the quote. He explained the scope of work and came on time and finished on time. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Jean is also very informative and keep you inform of what is going on.
