We had soffit, fascia, eavestroughs and downspouts added to a new home addition, and matching soffit and fascia put on existing older part of house. The work by Home Exterior Aluminum was superb, and our on-site contractor agreed. Communication with Russell leading up to the work was easy and he always kept us up to date with emails and phone calls. Although they were not the cheapest quote, we are satisfied we got exceptional work for the price. I asked if a downspout could be re-routed further away from the house - they did it. I asked if they could repair an existing eaves damaged during our current renovation - they fixed it, re-attached it with screws instead of nails, cleaned it out, and spray painted some scratches on it. When done, they meticulously cleaned up all around the house. They had no problem completing work on our very high, hard to reach, 3rd floor. We have been renovating old houses in downtown Toronto for 20 years and this was one of our most pleasant dealings with a company. Highly recommended. I'd like to thank Russel and Sergey for their excellent work. I had to do some immediate repair work to my fascia. I called many companies but nobody was willing to help me. Russell explained the work that had to be done and got the work done as early as he could. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I had three or four companies come and do estimates for siding on three sides of my detached house. Sergey and Russell's estimate was only marginally higher than the other companies but what I saw from their attitude and approach when they came to do the estimate was far superior to the other companies. At every step, both were polite, friendly and genuinely interested in the particulars of my project. There was a tricky basement entrance area to be worked around and they were the only company that did not hesitate to problem solve around it with thoughtfulness and efficiency. The communication throughout the project and their dedication to the quality of their work was excellent. I truly suggest that should you even need this kind of work that you hire this company. Russell completed the estimate and he and Sergei did all the work themselves, contacting me when they had questions. Look no further for a trustworthy and thoughtful team.

We needed to redo our siding, soffits, fascia and eaves and because of the high costs for it all, we requested quotes from a number of contractors (some from homestars, some not). Their quote was very competitive and our first impression of the two was that they were knowledgeable and friendly. We actually took a fair amount of time trying to decide which company and product to go with and they were patient with all our email questions and requests for separate quotes on eaves only, etc. We ended up selecting them for the work and we're really glad that we did. They were able to special order in a thicker vinyl siding and gently directed us away from our initial colour choice (same colour as we currently had on the house) because it wouldn't have looked as nice. They worked on the house for two weeks, always cleaned up the yard and gave us updates throughout. They obviously take pride in their work and really paid attention to detail. We had a lot of cable/hydro/lights wires on the side of the house (which actually made one contractor turn the job down!) and they were able to hide them to make it look super neat and clean. They were even able to match the colour of the caulking around things like dryer vents to the colour of the siding. We love the look of our house and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This review is a little late in being given. I contacted them in March to get a quote on new eaves troughs and soffits. They arrived quickly to provide an estimate and were very accommodating to work with me on the schedule for installation once I chose them to do the work. They arrived promptly and did a great job. When they exposed some rotten wood, they showed me and we reviewed the best way to fix it before they finished on top. All was cleaned up when they finished and the job was very well done. I would highly recommend Home Exterior Aluminum to anyone who wants a quality job done for a very fair price.

We had a few quotes from different homestars and ultimately went with Russell and Serge. We had a ton of questions (first time homebuyers) and they were very patient, knowledgeable and provided helpful suggestions to ensure that our 100 year old home looked its best. They were here for 2 weeks, and completed our whole house siding, eaves, soffit and fascia quickly and cheerfully. They were a pleasure to work with and would work again with them in a second. We have been recommending them to everyone we know as it is refreshing being around these kindhearted gentlemen. On top of that they provided an immaculate product with attention to every detail. Couldn't be happier.

My old eavestrough was in very poor condition and in need of replacement. A friend recommended " Home Exterior Aluminum", so I called them to provide me with a quote. They were prompt and very professional. Russell and Sergey took their time to answer all my questions. From start to finish, they kept me informed and gave me their expert opinion as to how to improve the drainage by relocating my downpipes. They both worked very well together and clean up the area each evening. They did an excellent job and I am extremely happy with their work. I would highly recommend them. We were tired of painting and patching the poorly insulated window box around a second floor bedroom but we were hesitant to hire a siding contractor. How fortunate we were to find Sergei and Ruslan to complete our work! Everything about our experience with this company was great. The quote was fair and reasonable, they were polite and easy to talk to about the job and the site was meticulously cleaned up at the end. We saw that they worked methodically and paid attention to detail proving to us that they cared about the quality of their workmanship. Russell writes the estimate and does the install so you only need to deal with one person. On time, excellent product, courteous and professional .Followed up and addressed any concerns. I would highly recommend. One of the best experiences i have with a trade.
