Project included new paving stone driveway, garden retaining walls, wood fence, wood gate and shed. The work was very professionally completed. A few design glitches were fixed by the Company promptly upon request. Site clean up was excellent. Expensive, but very high quality. Nice people.

We hired ME Contracting in July 2021 for a full Backyard Renovation. Our Fibreglass pool was in ground November 2021 and we were swimming June 2022 as promised. This quick timeline speaks for itself in the height of a pandemic. We had at least five, if not more, quotes from different and highly reputable landscape contractors in Toronto that summer. While the prices were all comparable, the Project Manager Daryl @ ME was the star of the show. From the first meeting onsite to today (6 months after the job has been completed), Daryl was extremely responsive, helpful and quick to address any questions and concerns we had. We did not use their in-house architect but designed most of the space based on our own vision. Daryl was very accommodating recognizing we lacked experience knowledge and were constantly changing our minds and the plans. We also worked at times with Eitan (particularly when Daryl was away) and made some good game-time decisions like extending our deck based on his advice. Overall, any issues that did arise or concerns we had through the process were acknowledged and addressed efficiently. While Daryl was the main reason we signed on the dotted line, there were many other advantages offered by ME, that other contractors did not possess. MEs initial quote was fully transparent without any aspects left TBD. At no point did we find hidden fees or adjustments to the price even though it was clear during the pandemic the cost of materials and labour were rising. This speaks to their integrity. They honoured their commitment to us. The vast majority of the work was done by their teams rather than subcontractors which greatly sped up the process and, in our opinion, improved accountability. Their showroom was fantastic in helping us choose our finishes and visualize different aspects of the build (ie. the pergola, fencing, stone, decking). The entire team that worked on our backyard was fantastic, extremely polite and respectful. Blakes crew (Claude, Garret, Bobby) were phenomenal and were able to get most of the landscaping and fencing done before the winter. Stefan and Cleos crew built our deck and the pergola working around some near record snowfall in the winter. Casey was a gem at the start and end of the project cleaning up and loose ends. Our neighbours made some requests at the end regarding the fencing and Daryl and Casey were very quick to accommodate them. Finally. Freddy did a fantastic job during pool installation, providing a clean equipment setup and maintenance through the summer. Our overall experience was excellent, and the final result speaks for itself. If given the choice, we would choose ME contracting again and have no hesitation referring them to our friends. Looking forward for them to landscape our front yard next.

We were looking to install a backyard deck and received quotes from 5 different companies. Daryl came to our house and reviewed our requirements, while also making recommendations for things we hadnt thought of (all of which we took!). We chose M.E. because while not the cheapest, they provided the most detailed estimate which made us confident there would be no hidden extras. Patrick (who installed the deck) was extremely accommodating of adjusting things for our nitpicking, and Daryl stopped by regularly to ensure we were happy with how things were going. We ended up needing an extra set of steps installed which M.E. accommodated at no extra charge. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend M.E.!

The entire team of ME folks and subs were amazing. Couldn't be happier with their adherence to timelines, openness to ideas, smart recommendations and workmanship. I consistently have people stopping by my property to ask who did the work.

From planning stage to completion M.E. Contracting was AMAZING to deal with. Eitan, Karen and the whole team were all extremely accommodating throughout the process and helped turn our vision of a backyard retreat into a reality. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail of the entire team was outstanding, and the transformation was completed on time and on budget. M.E. really cares about the work that they do and the overall experience of the homeowner. M.E contracting did an amazing job on our backyard renovation, that included the installation of a fibreglass pool, raised deck with outdoor kitchen and a basement walkout that can now be used as a cozy 3-season room. Eitan and his entire crew were extremely professional and thought of every single touch needed to make sure we have the perfect backyard for entertaining and to enjoy everyday with our family. There was absolutely no delays, no price adjustments and every question I had was immediately addressed. Our family has enjoyed our backyard more than weve ever had in the past 15 years. After reviewing designs from a couple of other firms, a friend referred us to Eitan and Keren. In one sitting with us, Eitan understood better than we what would work in the yard, and we would not do anything differently! getting the project done during a Covid summer was no easy task, but the team navigated through the difficulties exceptionally. They were always friendly, very responsive, and really a pleasure to work with. We love the way it turned out, and for all the trades we've used over the years for construction and renovation, they are one of the few i would (and have) whoeheartedly recommend

We used M.E. Contracting to fully transform our backyard. We are very excited to have our new pool right in time for the summer. We did experience a delay with the pool arriving, though once it arrived the project ran fairly quickly. Daryl, the project manager is very responsive, was always there to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. His pool team is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Eitan the owner was regularly coming by to check on the progress and reassured us that we will be swimming before summer time. Our experience with M.E was very pleasant. We highly recommend using M.E for your backyard transformation.

It was time to get the interlock replaced at our home and decided to move forward with M.E. Contracting. Daryl was very nice to deal with and we felt great about our decision. When I went to the showroom to pick stone... WOW! What an amazing showroom. I picked my lovely stone and a great fire table and my beautiful furniture. Dorit made the selections easy and I can't wait to sit by the fire when the weather turns chilly. Project complete - thanks all.
