Eco-Ottawa provided one of the best quotes. The window quality appeared to be better or equal to those of other companies. Shane and his crew were pleasant and easy to work with. No hassles with special offers or typical salesman tactics. The crew were hard working and took care to do a good job in a reasonable amount of time.

We had all 10 windows replaced, some with major rotting/insulation issues, added two brand new windows on our main floor and enlarged one window in a basement office, completely changing the feel of the room. Shane (owner) made the process easy from start to finish! He prepared a detailed estimate that was competitive (we weren't looking for the cheapest), answered our many questions, and provided a quality product. The gentleman that led the team that worked on our house was amazing!! It was obvious he cared about their work, and proactively sought me out to show and explain what they were doing, double checking what it is we wanted, cleaning up after themselves and making sure we were happy with the work at the day's end. They also made sure to put runners down everywhere so as not to dirty the floor. Once the entire project was finished, Shane came and did a walk-around our entire house, making sure everything was perfect - down to the handles folding in perfectly! And these things should be a no brainer but our experience with other contractors proves it isn't - Shane and his team were polite, showed up on time and professional. I am a very picky client who researches a lot and has high expectations and I would highly recommend working with Shane at Eco Ottawa!

We needed a window replaced since the city required a casement instead of a double-hung window. We got several quotes and Eco Ottawa was tied for the lowest price but had the best warranty. Plus as I read more about the window company, it seemed like a better product than the other company we were considering. Even though we were only getting one window installed, we were still given excellent customer service. They also suggested adding a coating to make the window more efficient for not much more cost, which has helped with the temparature of the room. Shane was always available to answer any questions, and the installers did a professional and clean job, and always arrived on-time for any appointments. Very pleased with the installation, the price, and how great the window looks!

I had six quotes on my window project and Eco Ottawa Wiondows and Doors was one of the lower priced companies. They did a great job, and they were very clean.
