    Washing Machine Quit mid cycle

    I was able to successfully guess, with the help of Mr Google, that the lid switch on our Kenmore washing machine had failed. We had used Rick for a repair to the companion dryer last year so he was our go to guy. We were not sure if he was in COVID-19 lock-down but happily for us he was on another job and able to fit us in next. He alerted us as to his estimated arrival time and, with appropriate social distancing, was able to quickly replace the switch and make the washer load ready for my wife to pick up where she left off. BTW Rick, the lemon in hot water cure has been roundly debunked!

    Service

    I contacted this company due to their rating on HomeStars and was not disappointed. They responded immediately and showed up the next day on time. The Technician knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Clean, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I will hire them again.

    Fridge was warm,freezer working

    Rick's service was timely, professional and efficient. He responded to our call for help first thing in the morning, he came prepared, analysed the issue ,repaired and cleaned up in a short time span. Will certainly hold onto his contact info!

    Fridge Repair....Fast and Friendly

    My fridge wasn't working this morning - I called Rick Appliance Repair and they came out within 2 hours, assessed the problem, provided a quote and had my fridge working again. Service provided by Ravi was honest, quick and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company if you have any appliance service needs.

    Prompt service- problem solved

    I woke up to a warm refrigerator-freezer still working. Found Rick Appliance repair had good rating on homesteads and called. He was able to come the same day. He got the serial number of the fridge in advance and came with the right parts. He found that the main control board was not working, causing freezer to build up ice instead of defrosting, preventing air getting to fridge. He warmed up the back of the freezer to remove the ice, got the board replaced and now the fridge is working well. Problem solved!

    Refrigerator repair

    My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, so I searched on HomeStars looking for someone reputable. I chose Rick Appliance Repair and called about the problem. Rick came the next day, assessed the problem, and warned me of possible issues that could cause the problem, but he felt it was mainly a relay causing the issue. Rick was very open to questions, and answered honestly and openly. I gave him the go ahead, and it started right up. It is now 6 weeks later and it is still working perfectly. A simple $200 repair, but it saved me so much grief, since replacing the fridge would have meant altering and removing cabinets to fit a different one in the opening. My wife and I are so grateful for finding someone who we can trust. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and have already passed his number on to friends who need someone they can trust. If you’re looking for someone, call Rick, you won’t be sorry.

    Oven not firing up

    Was about to bake some chicken and my oven would not heat up. Called Rick Appliance Repair and left a voice message. Rick called me back within an hour to discuss. He was able to fit me in for a service call the very next morning. On the service call day he texted ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he came prepared with everything he may need based on our conversation. After checking the oven he discovered it was the igniter and was able to repair it right away. Within a hour or so he was all done! Super nice guy who is very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to call him again (he does all appliance repairs) or recommend him to a family member or friend.     Emergency Fridge Repair

    Rick was quick to respond when we had an issue with our fridge, he came and diagnosed the problem right away and went to obtain the part that was needed. He waited with us for over an hour after installing the part to ensure it was working properly. Was extremely professional and charges were reasonable given the emergency repair. Would highly recommend his services.

    Great appliance repair team
