    Fix fridge/freezer

    We realized our fridge/freezer stopped working on the weekend so we called Rick on Sunday and he came on Monday to fix it. He asked for the model number of the fridge before coming so that he had the parts with him when he came which showed he was organized. He was able to figure out the problem quickly, and he stayed for a bit afterwards to ensure it was working correctly. He explained and showed me what was wrong with the fridge/freezer. He offered helpful advice and I feel he is someone I can trust.

    Frigidaire dryer heater

    Rick responded promptly and showed up on time the next business day. Very professional and thorough. Needed to replace the heater assembly. Extremely satisfied and will recommend him to anyone.

    Dishwasher/Fridge repair

    Rick and his team did a wonderful job on my dishwasher (pressure plug) and fridge (ice build-up in freezer compartment). He's quick, professional and cost effective. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

    Fridge repair

    I contacted Rick at AC Appliance based on the great reviews here on HomeStars as our fridge had stopped working, and it was beyond anything we could figure out ourselves. He was quick and professional and pricing was very reasonable. I will certainly contact him for all future repairs and won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else in need of appliance repair.

    Fridge Repair

    My fridge stopped cooling and my appliance guy told me it can be two things but he is not sure which one is the problem. He melted ice and left. Fridge was working for another 4 weeks and stopped again. After reading positive reviews on Home Stars I called AC Appliance Repair. Rick showed up on time and pinpoint the problem - power supply for heather was not working. No guessing! In 30 minutes faulty board was replaced and issue fixed. I definitely recommend them and will contact them next time I need appliance serviced.

    Whirlpool Fridge and Bosch dishwasher

    AC Appliance Repair provided fast professional service in installing our new fridge with icemaker and new dishwasher. Rick answered all of my questions and made sure I knew everything I needed to maintain the appliances. I would not hesitate to recommend AC Appliance Repair! We have used AC Appliance Repair in the past and are more than satisfied with the service level provided and associated cost.

    Repair Fridge

    Our fridge has not been working since Monday. An unreliable, sketchy outfit began the job. I did not proceed with them because of poor service and outrageous spare part cost. Fortunately, I found Rick at AC Appliance Repair. Within 24 hours, he repaired our fridge. He was pleasant, timely, knowledgable and efficient. His service charge and cost of parts were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Bottom freezer fridge repair

    Our fridge wasn't cooling for the second time in a month so we called Rick and he spent some time talking me through the situation and asked me lots of necessary questions. He called to let me know he was on his way arrived promptly fixed the fridge talked us through it and was out of there in 30 mins. It was a great experience and they were awesome. We are thankful we found such a good guy to rescue us from another fridge fiasco.

    Washer Repair

    Washing machine repair

    I called Rick and explained my problem. He came the next day exactly when he said he would. He took his time and methodically determined the reason why my washing machine wasn't working and fixed the problem. He was fantastic!! And I would totally recommend him.
