My electric range oven stopped working and Rick came to look at it. He diagnosed it was the oven control board which cost about $1000 to replace. I couldn't spend that amount on a 13 year old stove. I started to look at new stoves and what I wanted was over $2000 as I usually buy close to the top of the line. The rest of my stove was in perfect working order and shape. I decided to "google " the problem I had and discovered that in many cases the problem could be a relay and not the board. I purchased a replacement relay from the US with a return option for any reason for US$50 including shipping. The new relay worked and the oven is functional again. I was disappointed that AC was not capable of considering the relay which is external to the board. I thank them however as I did a lot of research and did my own tests on the stove that I now know far more than I knew before. AC staff were courteous at all times even when I phoned them after to tell them I solved the problem. They were punctual for their appointment.

We called Rick at AC Appliance Repair when our fridge went on the fritz. He was there the next morning, and had the repair done in under an hour. He was fast and professional. If need be, we will be calling him again.

Called Rick for help with our 30-year-old gas oven which was not igniting properly. He already had his day's schedule but offered to fit us in even though we were in no rush, and he arrived 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the needed part with him, and completed the job efficiently and professionally. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend Ac Appliance Repair!

Our washing machine was filling with water but wouldn't engage the cycle. I found AC Appliance Repair Inc. on Home Stars and after so many great reviews chose their business. I left a voice message in the morning and Rick called back saying he was on a job but could come out in the afternoon (and would call when on his way.) He called back later that morning at 11:30am and said he would be there in about an hour. Rick arrived at 12:20, diagnosed the washing machine at 12:22 and had it fixed by 12:35. Friendly, fast and the price was fair! I have another load running at 12:55. Rick also provided some tips to keep the washing machine running for many more years to come. This will be our families go to repair business should it be required in the future. Stop searching and call Rick at AC Appliance Repair Inc.

I picked AC repair after reading other reviews. I called them on a Thursday & made an appointment for a Saturday morning (I gave them the dryer model later). They came on time (wow!), took apart the dryer, vacuumed the inside and lubricated all parts. After replacing the rotor and bearings, they also ensured the other parts were working as well. They tested the dryer at the end. I would recommend AC applicance replair because they on time, they're diligent in ensuring everything is in working order, not just the part they're replacinging.

Rick responded quickly and speedily diagnosed the problem and fixed it. This is the second appliance repair for us by Rick. He is now our go to repair guy. Would definitely recommend.
