Rick was recommended to me today by another Homestars company as they were too busy and said that Rick might be able to squeeze me in today. I called Rick and he told me he would do his best to fit me. He called when he was on his way, and fixed my washing machine quickly. He had the part I needed and it was a quick and painless repair. I can't thank Rick enough for fitting me in today on such short notice and will deffinitely be calling him again if I have any other problems.

Rick came within 2 days for a leaking dishwasher. He was very friendly and was able to determine the reason for the leak. He had brought the correct motor to be replaced and was out in an hour.

Called Rick to repair my 10 yr old Kenmore fridge. Rick was very professional and knowledgeable. When he was running a little late he called to let me know. The repair was done efficiently and Rick gave me some preventative maintenance tips for the future. I was extremely pleased with the work done and the price was very reasonable as well. Certainly less than a new fridge. I had initially called Sears for repair but they were not able to give me an appt for almost 2 weeks and the price was also higher. I called Rick late on a Wed afternoon and was booked for Fri morning. I described the problem to Rick and he came with the needed parts also unlike Sears where I was told the tech would likely need to order the parts as well after the initial visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rick and if I ever need another appliance repaired he will be the first one I call.

AC appliance repair came and fixed our washing machine recently. Rick, was clearly knowledgeable about the appliance. He explained what he was doing and why and made recommendations about what repairs to pursue and whether it was worth it. We have since called Rick back to repair our Dryer and had a similarly good experience. He is prompt, capable and fairly priced. We will use them again.

Most recently, Rick serviced my KitchenAid stove (which was malfunctioning). He was able to schedule a visit right away! Rick immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired the stove. I was pleased, as I have been in the past. He is always so friendly and his prices are very reasonable.

We had a problem with our oven, and called Rick because he was recommended by a relative. He said he could come the next morning, which he did, within the time period he gave us. He diagnosed the problem (blown thermostat), replaced it, and checked to make sure the oven was working properly before leaving. He is thorough, pleasant and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Rick came recommended after we telephoned a referral from my daughter only to learn that her appliance repairman wouldn't travel to Etobicoke. When Rick was able to come out we were relieved, especially after finding the fridge pooling water on our kitchen floor! Rick was kind, courteous, professional and efficient. He came out within days of our call, provided exceptional service and is definitely going to be our repairman of choice in the event of any future issues with our major appliances.

Rick was busy when I requested a service call but was willing to fit me in. Arrived at my house as indicated with a call 30 mins before arrival. Diagnosed the problem on the phone and arrived with part. Replaced part and advised me on how I can prevent any further problems with the fridge ie vacuum condenser. Price was reasonable and I definitely would use him again.

I had Rick came to repair my SamSung Washer. He came within the timeframe as promised and quickly confirmed the problem and fixed it within half an hour. His price was reasonable and the job was done well. Thanks Rick. I will definitely use your company again.

I have had Rick come in twice this year for different issues with my dryer. Both times he was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. Also, my dryer is in a very tight, inconvenient closet and he and his assistant had to work very hard to access it - they did this without complaint! I found his prices to be very competitive. I would recommend Rick/AC Appliance Repair, I can't imagine anyone finding issue with his service.
