    I really like Rick's service

    I've used Rick for a number of appliances that I've had issues with over the years. I find that he is knowledgeable, practical and good value. I often recommend Rick's service to people who are having issues with appliances. He has worked on washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and stoves with me over many projects. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

    Dryer repair

    They came the day after I called them. Changed all the wheels and pulleys, lubricated and cleaned out all the lint. Came on time, cleaned up after hims of and was very courteous. I will use them again.

    Dishwasher

    I called Rick for a repair on Saturday. He came two days later to repair called me when the job was completed that same day and I was extremely happy of the quality and the efficiency that hes done over the last 48 hours excellent job. Ty

    Washer and dryer repairs

    We called Rick yesterday to fix our washer, he was able to figure out the problem and got the part and came to replace the broken part today. Thank you so much Rick for being very efficient and extremely fast! We appreciate your services. The dryer that you fixed couple of months ago is working perfectly.     Fridge Leak Fixed

    This is the 3rd time (for different fixes) using Rick and his team are knowledgeable and friendly. This time around is a water leak from the fridge. We thought the first call would have done the job, stopped for a bit then continues. His team came back and got it fixed very quickly. They are responsive which is another thing I really like about them.

    Dishwasher not working due to rodent chewing the wires

    My dishwasher kept stopping in the middle of the cycle and would not complete the cycle. I found Rick on HS and he came quickly. At first he couldnt find out the reason too but he did not give up. After a while, he found out that a tiny cable at the bottom of the dishwasher was damaged by rodent. Luckily he was able to reconnect it and the dishwasher came back to life. This happened 2 years ago. My dishwasher is still working great. Rick is professional and affordable.

    Great Service

    I had Rick come to fix our washing machine that stopped draining. Rick was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out within 2 days and had our machine up and running with a new pump. He made sure that the unit was working and fully draining before he left.

    Appliance repair

    Rick was quick to respond (trying to solve the problem over the phone first) and arrived as promised. He was courteous and efficient and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend his services.

    Swift, friendly, capable

    My dishwasher wasnt draining. I reached out to Ricks and secured an appointment with Ravi the next business day. He swiftly determined two potential reasons and set about discovering which was the culprit. He informed me the cost of both options and again sought approval before moving ahead with the fix. He was efficient, friendly, tidy, educated me along the way. He showed me the whys/hows and the damage and discussed potential reasons and ways to avoid future issues. I would recommend him to help you. .
