I have used AC Appliance Repair for decades now but moved away to Brampton and was not sure if he would service my area. After putting up with an unreliable fridge that we had lost much good food to spoiling or freezing for two years I finally gave Rick a call. He arrived on time on the very next bussiness day and what I thought would be an expensive repair was to my delight very affordable. Thank you Rick. I will have to put you back on my Speed Dial list. ;)

Our washing machine had been rumbling for a few weeks and eventually stopped filling with water. With an 8-month old baby we relied heavily on our washer and really couldn't be without it. We'd found it difficult to find anyone that would service our area. Rick came recommended from another colleague on Homestars. He returned our call quickly and was on site the next day. Rick is a man of his word. He showed up when he said he would and the job cost under what he said it would. It turned out that the problem was not a kink in the inflow tube as I had suspected but rather blown shocks. The whole job was done quickly and we couldn't be happier.

The refrigerator came from the company with a faulty ice-maker. Rick fixed it promptly and I have no complaints. Rick conducted himself in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner and I am very pleased with the service he provided. I highly recommend this company!

After a couple of bad experiences, I was referred to Rick who has proven to be honest and experienced with a good attitude. His costs are also reasonable. I would not hesitate to refer him.

This is the second time we have had Rick out to repair appliances we "inherited" with our newly purchased home. I called Rick this morning to check our GE dishwasher, which was not draining. Rick came out within a few hours of my calling, arriving right within the time range he promised, and he called to say when he was on his way. I really appreciate the way he respects his customers' time.He found the problem with the dishwasher quickly (pump was clogged by a piece of plastic that had no business being there), removed it, cleaned the pump, tested the dishwasher and left everything neat and tidy. He even took the time to troubleshoot a problem with the level of the machine that was emerging due to a floorboard beneath it that has started to show it's age. Rick knows what he is doing and he is professional, prompt and pleasant. We have been very happy with his work, and costs, both times. We highly recommend him, as you can see.

I called Rick to repair my washing machine. Rick was accommodating of time and was punctual. Rick was prepared with the part that needed to be replaced and as such the repair was quick. The price was appropriate for the job done. I would definitely recommend Rick to my friends and family.

I have called Rick on 2 occasions for my dryer and washer. He has find the problems very quickly and both times replaced or repaired the parts. His prices are very reasonable and he arrives always on time. After some really bad experiences before I know that I will always call him for any appliance repair. I will highly recommend him to all my friends if they need it.
