    Service

    The job is not yet complete, but Rick showed excellent knowledge of the issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs.

    thanks so much for your feedback .working on the parts not available through manufacturing company. also other company came before us cut some wires at connectors which is not available. we have to modify to correct that issues plus other problems they said and wasn't the issues .I also mentioning this because it is electric shock Hazzard, which other company was working with power on .he switched off wrong breaker .please be careful and double check any electrical work anyone doing out there .double oven 240 volts could of kill him instantly. have a nice day

    Washing Machine Repair

    Very honest service

    We were told by our tenant that water was found around the washer right after Christmas. We found Rick Appliance Repair from HOMESTARS and asked our tenant to set up appointment for the repair. Before going there, Rick asked our tenant to try the washer a few times and no water leakage was found. So he decided not to go and suggested us to get a plumber to take a look. We will take his suggestion and move forward. His help is very much appreciated.

    Oven repair

    Rick was super professional and very competent. He was flexible and came to my home right away. Had the part in his bag and did the repair on the spot. I was not sure the stove was salvageable and it was and done so quickly! HIGHLY recommend Rick and his services!!! Thanks Rick.

    Fixed broken dryer

    Rick once again did an excellent job. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and fixed the dryer quickly. He was courteous and professional. I highly recommend his services.

    Washing machine repair

    I called Rick when our washing machine stopped working. He came the very next day, figured out the problem and fixed it, explaining everything to me and answering my questions. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, friendly and honest. I would absolutely call him again if I have a problem with an appliance. Highly recommend.

    Washing machine

    Our washing machine had stopped working properly, we contacted Rick who came by the next day and he was able to quickly identify the problem and provide the repair. Our older washing machine is running like new again. This is my second time using Rick's company (first time was for our stove) and I find them to be friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable in all things appliances. Highly recommended!!

    Repair Leaking Dishwasher

    Rick was very responsive to my request. He gathered the required product information in advance to ensure he has the correct parts for replacement. He identified the issue immediately and completed the repair. I would highly recommend Rick for appliance repairs.

    Dishwasher Repair

    I found clean water leaking into my 20-year old dishwasher when it was OFF. I emailed Risk and he replied quickly, and he arranged to visit the next day (Saturday). He arrived on-time and had the repair parts in-hand. He explained what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Everything was all done in one hour. Perfect! It was a LOT cheaper that buying a new dishwasher. I appreciate that he is the owner of the business and cares about good results. Highly recommended.
