Glad we were able to remedy that for you! We are very serious about this trade and glad that it shows. Now that this service is done properly and you're happy with the results of our efforts; per NADCA standards you shouldn't have to worry about having this service performed again for at least 5-7 years under normal living conditions (no renos or pets). If you maintain a regular cleaning routine (dusting/vacuuming) you should be able to prolong an air duct cleaning service up to another 1-2 years.
