    Ducts Cleaning

    This is my first experience having the ducts in my house cleaned. Having heard some horror stories from other people, I was very cautious and selected Dave's Duct Cleaning services after going through the reviews in HomeStars and also their website. On the day of the appointment, Scott called me to let me know that they will be a little late as they were struck in traffic (which i appreciate very much). Brendan and Scott were the technicians who came to the house last week. Brendan explained to me the process before starting and also answered questions during the cleaning. They were thorough, took before and after pictures to show me and also inspected the furnace and showed me how to clean the very dirty filters. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service and will not hesitate to recommend Dave's Duct cleaning anytime.

    clean ducts

    Two very polite young men arrived and worked diligently for an entire morning in my new 4000 sq. ft. home. It turns out the air quality is better in my home than outside, which is nice to know. Apart from finding 27 year old beer cans in the vents, it was uneventful, but I'm happy I did it, and happy with the service.

    Duct Cleaning

    Just had these guys come this morning. They provided exellent service and delivered exactly as advertised. No surprises. The technicians Brenden and Scott were punctual, explained the service before, during and after. He showed us real-time air quality samples, as well as pictures before and after the competed service so we could see the results. Duct sanitization process was included in the price. There are cheaper fly-by-night companies out there (Thru wag jag deals etc), but these guys do a high-quality job and I would highly reccommend them.

    duct cleaning

    Andrew and Mark came in did an excellent job today I had no issues with the work.They where very informative about air quality with the air quality equipment they where using and provided me with advice on air quality products in which I may possibly add to my home in the future.Thanks guys and its great to hear from small company (not sure) like this to be contributing to the community. I would recommend you to my friend if they need duct cleaning.

    Duct cleaning

    Mark and Brendan cleaned our ducts on Oct. 28, 2013 and I am extremely pleased with their service. They called ahead to let me know they would arrive within 15 minutes and upon arrival, they were extremely courteous and professional. They measured the outdoor and indoor air qualities, showed me the "before and after" photos of our vents and let me watch every step of the way. They explained the procedure and answered all my questions. They actually removed several rocks from the bottom of our basement cold air return! The house was left quite clean and all I had to do was a light dusting and vacuum after they left. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

    Dave's Duct Cleaning

    The two gentlemen from Dave's Ducts were punctual and professional. They provided before and after pictures of our ducts and pointed out further improvements that could be made, with absolutely no pressure to use them. They even suggested we take the time while they were there to see if the services were already covered by our furnace/utilities provider. They also offered advice on how we could improve our efficiency and air quality, again with and/or without their services etc. At the time we used their services it was early fall and we hadn't used our heating yet (we had only just moved into the house in the summer). Once winter hit we discovered our daughter's room was getting very little heat. We called Dave and he spent a good 30-45 mins on the phone with my husband having him try various things. He then sent his guys back the next day and it was determined that the original venting system was built in a way that didn't distribute the heat evenly. Still at no charge to us, the gentlemen played around and tweaked the dampers and vents as best they could to improve the situation. Very, very impressed with our experience from beginning to end. If you need work done on your ducts or heating/cooling system I wouldn't hesitate a bit to use Dave's Ducts.

    Whole Home Duct Cleaning

    Andrew and Mark showed up on time and got right to work. Service was done quite efficiently. They brought the vacuum down the basement stairs which is not an easy task! Provided before and after air quality index readings and pictures to support a job well done. Even though we had our ducts "cleaned" by someone else only a year ago, our ducts were quite filthy especially our return air duct. While we were fortunate enough to have a voucher from an online deal, we feel the full retail price would be well worth it. Pleasant experience all around.

    Duct cleaning

    The duct cleaning service was better than I expected, the two gentle men did a wonderful job. They were polite, friendly and most of all they did not make a miss, not even a scratch on my walls while taking their equipment in and out of the house. I had researched many other duct cleaning companies and none came close to Dave's Duct cleaning. The air in my house is now fresh and clean.

    Duct cleaning

    The technicians showed up right on time. They were very Professional, knowledgable and did a great job. The before and after pictures were a nice touch. I would highly recommend Dave's Duct cleaning and would use their services in the future.

    Duct Cleaning

    Thank you for your follow up. I was intending to contact you with my thanks and appreciation for a job so well done. Your crew were professional, prompt and friendly and willingly answered all my questions without hesitation. I was pretty sure I was being ripped off while another company was actually cleaning my ducts last year; now I have no doubt! That crew were in and out in the amount of time your fellows did the prep this time. I've been extolling your company's virtues to several homeowners and I'll definitely keep your card for future use. I am also impressed by your company's investment in your employees - training them up to the NADCA certification when so many other companies do not, speaks volumes to me.
