I had the pleasure to communicate with Ivan and have John for the assembly and wall mounting. Ivan was very helpful in setting up an appointment and quoted me a fixed price based on the list of items to be assembled. John arrived exactly on time and performed an outstanding job. He showed great professionalism and experience with the Besta Tofta line of cabinets. Moreover he was extremely friendly, meticulous, and cleaned the whole working area after he was done. Both my wife and I were very happy with the service and would definitely go back again if we need more IKEA assembly.

I called Ikeaman to help me with the closet that I had purchased from IKEA. Ivan responded quickly and professionally, provided a quote, booked and confirmed my appointment. John arrived at my home, was courteous, professional, NEAT and cleaned up after himself. They were efficient and quick and very reasonably priced. I used them twice and both experienced were consistent. I highly recommend their services if you have any IKEA furniture to assemble.

From the first communication after finding this company on Kijiji, they ( Ivan in particular) have been informative, reliable, and kept on top of things. When Google Map sent the assembler to an incorrect address, even before I could become concerned that they had missed my appointment, I and can called to alert me. When he arrived, the assembler John was remarkably adept, quick, helpful, congenial, and his work exceptional. I found the price reasonable, the work was accomplished without duress, and I'm still impressed how one man could do the work with heavy bulky furniture items other companies claimed could only be done by two people. I have already recommended this company to family members and friends!

Excellent service. Purchased a Pax wardrobe from IKEA and as the assembly company they recommended couldn't get the job done for over 10 days I started looking on the internet for other companies. After contacting various companies I decided to hire Ikea Man; mainly because the price was right and they could have someone do the job for me in a very reasonable period of time. I mentioned to Ivan that IKEA had told me that it would take 2 people to do this assembly and was advised that his assemblers have done these wardrobes many times before and one person can do it with no problems. He was right - John arrived, on time, and assembled the wardrobe in no time. I had also purchased a computer desk which arrived a few days later. I e-mailed Ivan and he again gave me an appointment in a very short period of time. John arrived, assembled the desk and it was all done with no fuss, no muss. After both assemblies, John asked for the vacuum cleaner to clean up, packaged up all the boxes, styrofoam, etc. Amazing job, great people to deal with - wish all companies had this type of customer service. Would definitely use Ikea Man again.

This is a great service! I hired Ikea Man to assemble my furniture and he did it in no time at all. Great customer service and he even attached the furniture to the wall since I have a young child. Excellent job, they get my full recommendation.

Excellent experience! They are quick, professional and do a great job. Very competitively price - quite reasonable really. John and ivan are great at what they do. Definitely use Ikea Man whenever I have to move/assemble furniture again.

Ivan always responded promptly and patiently to my many emails - this is the best customer service I've come across in a long time! John came over to take care of my order and was incredibly efficient, organized and considerate. He cleaned up after each assembly and wall-mounting, and was completely dedicated to getting everything done exactly the way I wanted. He was very patient with all of my requests (I had a long list!) and sincerely tried to make them all work out. He was very open to feedback during and after each set-up and thanks to him, I am much more comfortable in my new home. These guys are the best!

Contacted Ikeaman and they sent John 2 days later. In 4 hours, he assembled 7 pieces of furniture for me from Ikea, Structube & CB2 - Bed with drawers, TV unit, desks, etc. He put the mattress on the bed, neatly bundled up all the packaging and garbage for disposal. Was cheaper than other quotes too! Recommended!

We used Ikeaman services for disassembly of ikea beds, couch, billybook cases from our initial home and them assembly at our new home. Initially spoke with Ivan, who set up our appointment. Michael helped us with all of this, he was on-time, he knew exactly what he was doing and was very-very polite. At our new location once Michael was done with the assembly and fastening of billy book cases he also gave some very helpful tips on what we should look for organizing closets. All and all very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. Ivan & Michael both were very helpful. Cheers
